Andrea Mitchell notes on @MSNBC: Michael Flynn's plea agreement with the Special Counsel's Office said that he waived his right to appeal the sentence in this case.

Just a question, this doesn't preclude any criminal investigations into his foundation, this is just the civil part of it?
Ah got it. Makes sense.It's likely a direct response to the criminal investigation. They will have to retain records. This is just to stop doing more crimes as its being properly investigated.
Do we have any idea who the hell had this 'bright' idea in the first place? Because it's been making me bang my head against a desk since it started and I'm not even slightly educated in law.If Flynn was given the opportunity of getting off with no real consequence and fucked it up by his lawyers trying to grab an extra cherry I'm gonna laugh.
Nothing like pulling off mattress tags while simultaneously trying to kidnap someone and extradite

I've been yelling at the TV 'GET YOUR SENTENCE FIRST WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?' for what feels like a week now. Is this one of those 5 dimensional chess moves where we can't even comprehend what you stand to gain by undermining your own guilty plea in an attempt to what? Get a lighter sentence?Based on this season's crossovers, could be George Papadopoulos' wife.

The one thing the White House cannot do that Trump is accustomed to is to move around funds previously appropriated by Congress like it was his personal slush fund. And going forward into the next Congress, Nancy is the granite standing in his way.
Ok, I give up. I don't understand wtf is happening. Let's just all give up and say Hillary can be President so everyone stops this bullshit
/r/the_donald is freaking out about the Flynn shenanigans because right-wing media promised them the judge is not part of the swamp, will throw out Flynn's guilty plea and let him walk a free man. It's hilarious.
Stacey being above Beto is pretty surprising but, Nikki Haley being so high despite not running for anything or having any big moments like Grahams Kav stand off is the most surprising if I'm going to be honest.
Master Tactician Mitch McConnell opens negotiations by demanding only what he wants and offering no concessions at all.
MSNBC is saying Flynn still wants to go through with sentencing today.

@ZoeTillman
The judge begins by clarifying that he wasn't suggesting Michael Flynn committed treason, he was asking to get a sense of offenses — "I was just curious." Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack says the government had no reason to believe Flynn committed treason

The irony of course being that if Hillary had been elected, she and her administration would be under way more fucking scrutiny. It would be proven time and time again that she and her cohorts did nothing wrong, but her approval rating would still be in the toilet because of dumbass swing voters who see smoke and assume fire (meanwhile the GOP is behind the curtain running a fog machine)./r/the_donald is freaking out about the Flynn shenanigans because right-wing media promised them the judge is not part of the swamp, will throw out Flynn's guilty plea and let him walk a free man.
