The CCCA (Title 18 of Federal Codes) grants a maximum reduction of 54 days per year of the sentence for good behavior. So if he gets 4 years, he would only be eligible to reduce that sentence by about 216 days, or 7mo max

Yeah, the SDNY filings revealed that Cohen was uncooperative with them, but Cohen saw through his commitments to Mueller's team.
It's a shame Mikey did all those things, if only I knew I wouldn't have hired him!
Isn't most of his sentence based on his tax issues though? I'm curious what sort of time trump could actually be facing down for the campaign finance violations alone. I hope before it's all done he's looking at more charges ala laundering, obstruction etc

I'm not that familiar with typical white-collar crime sentencing but that seems like a pretty hefty sentence to me?
He was fine talking about Trump's crimes but reluctant to discuss his own crimes.
Either people are too dim in those positions, or willing to take any money to lower the red ink, or something worse. It's known by this point.

I guess I'm saying he should have had lower delusions. Though I guess if he won, there'd be a lot of pressure in 2020 to keep the seat. Anyway, I'm guessing one of those two will make a run for the seat in 2024.
I wonder how long it would have taken for this to happen if it wasn't for the Stormy Daniels mess.
