Well, DHS is still shut down. I think that a longer-term CR gets passed to fund most of the government, maybe through September or so, and the wall argument is made over the separate funding bill for DHS.
Nothing, I'd wager. He's been cucked so hard today that I don't think he's ever going down the shutdown route again.

My shop foreman and I were watching the speech together and were blown away by that. He actually said it out loud that this is aimed at normal good people fleeing horrible situations, no mention of MS13 or drugs or rapists. Build the wall to keep good people out.
