It's impossible to say who could've come out on top without Biden/Bernie in the race. Eg. had Bernie not been in the race Pete wouldn't have had to move right. Warren could've maybe built up a stronger coalition. Hell even someone like Booker or Castro could've made a run.
The problem with having people (white men in particular) with 100% name recognition in the race is it doesn't open up the opportunity for the next Obama-like candidate to rise above the weeds.

Locally, people have exhausted local grocery stores, so now Nextdoor is being used to share which nearby county stores have supplies. Gas is cheap, people have nothing but time, and the "stay at home" is county based not state wide and not mandatory. Why wouldn't you load the kids in the car and drive half hour to a Walmart 2 counties over and wonder the aisles. Aleviates boredom and gets you out.

This talk of opening by Easter is fantasy imo. The latest Italy numbers came out today. 16 days into a national lockdown they're having more new daily cases than recent days, second highest so far, and deaths have plateaued for the last few days just below the peak. So they've halted the exponential spread, but they're still a long way to getting to near zero daily new cases, which is surely the smart goal to reach before opening up everything. Hard to say how long the total process would take, though China's charts may be a model there. A national lockdown of 5 weeks might do it, whereas Trump in the US is pushing essentially partial lockdowns for 3+ weeks.
