Finally grabbed Burnout Paradise. Was wavering on the $13 price from a few weeks ago and glad I held off.

Trying to decide on whether to get the Destiny 2 Expansion or just ignore them and keep playing other games. I'd rather not get into them and then hold off for a sale on Forsaken. Hmm...

Is battlefront 2 worth it at 10$ ? Also tempted by Destiny 2 DLC , got the game free with plus might just buy the pass and wait for future forsaken sale .

They launched the same week as Spider-Man, DQXI, and ZOE 2nd Runner, so it was probably ignored by most people. This seems like a good time to pick it up on the cheap to support the game since it seems to be pretty good.

eh, you could get it $35 on launch day on xbox and $45 on PS4 just by owning the previous years version.

All EA games seem to follow the same pattern for these sales it seems, it happened the last 3 years in a row. Live 18 sold pretty solid and had a very active community on consoles even though 2k18 was FAR more popular

The actual driving feels pretty good in them, but the rest of the package feels very... Soulless. I played the reboot for about 5 hours and had fun making wraps for my car, but the rest of it feels so... empty, in terms of things to enjoy about the world. Payback is worse in this regard both with the world (giant open environment that seems very disjointed and does not flow well with the mission structure) and the progression (chapter-locked cars while also accruing lots of cash in the early game with no way to spend it).

Also it has randomized performance parts, which makes vehicle leveling a total shitshow. And I hope you like the car you have at the beginning, because if you want to use another vehicle you'll be starting from scratch in terms of performance. And there's no way to transfer parts from one vehicle to another.

So basically, I would advise against them. I dunno about rivals though. My friend seemed to enjoy it more than the other two.

Both are always online, if that bothers you. Payback is pretty crap. But I really liked 2015. Its all at night/dusk, the story is a poor man's fast and furious, and the car mods aren't very realistic. But it's a blast to play. Loved it enough to get the plat.

Live 19 must be terrible, NBA is still in preseason.

I'm considering the first Destiny 2 expansions bundle at $10. I paid less than $20 for the game originally. Forsaken is some other, different expansion that I may not even be interested in.

Tempted for the destiny 2 expansion but I just snagged Xenoblade 2 Expansion pass and I haven't played through that yet.
