Valve Time: Artifact getting beta on October 50 (November 19). Free copies for PAX and TI attendees

I'll be getting two since I'm going to Pax West. I got no interest in it myself but I'll give it away to someone on here.
I wonder if the beta also translates into access to the release version, they did that with CS:GO.

They specifically said it's a free key for a copy of the game and gets you in the beta.
Anyone know if those who have the Valve Family and Friends license will have access to the beta as well? Presumably we'd get Artifact for free at release at the very least.

I think the biggest thing was them proving themselves with how good the game looks.
Yeah. I did a good 180 once I got a better idea of what they are doing and why. Now quite looking forward to it.
Total shit show to do a "teaser" trailer of no information other than to say you're making a dota card game.
Those guys are going to feel real dumb if Valve does something similar to whag they did in dota 2 and offer beta access with a pre order
Same - I love CCGs & MOBAs but I'm not trying to be dexterous with a kb/m after a long day at the office.
I'm also no longer fond of team games, so this is doubly up my alley.

I don't get this hyped for games these days, but this really sounds like the card game I've been waiting for since I started playing Magic like... 20 years ago.

In perspective, it was stupid to buy a dota 2 key since the gifts were not really that good, but I have a good time with it so I don't mind

for 20$ you get 2x decks of 54 cards each, and 10 booster packs of 12 cards each.
Booster packs are 2$, and you can sell and buy cards on the marketplace. Still no word when(if) you'll be able to trade.

As someone who plays HS on/off since Beta, I think a lot of players are hungry for a CCG w/ real depth.

I loved card games when I was younger but none of my friends liked them so I never had anyone to play against. I've tried Hearthstone and I do like it but I'm not too into it. Been looking for a good card game to really dig my teeth into.
