Just read bits of Akiva’s Bar Council complaint, and a twitter post of mine was included. Never would I have expected to be involved, however tangentially, in an ethics complaint in a state and country I’ve never been to

So first bar complaint is in on the not so fearsome Beard. And the videos of him personally asking for the farms to do it are plenty.

I would have loved for it to have happened after the case, but the person in question saw pictures of his kids posted online, so here we are. He had no other option.

This is gonna be a case for the ages. Or at least one that will be referenced for ages. Because holy fuck, this is just Streisand + stupid + wtf.

So is the reason he's only meeting people until 6 pm because his date with an escort starts at 7?
Pretty sure his actual date will have to be home at 8PM

Regarding Beard and KF.

Beard is a sad old sack of shit (not literal feces) trying to bully others because he knows how pathetic he is. Usually the same people who are serving as his personal army now are the ones who would make fun of this neckbearded old fatso to even dare trying to join the "kool kids klub" that they perceive themselves as :)

So, he is without any official handler from a con and he can pick and choose from fans who are highly devoted to him? There may be some new Vic stories to tell the next morning.
I doubt he’s going to do anything suspect for a long time. He can’t afford to risk losing his innocent victim image... not that his biggest fans would particularly care. If he gets horny he can just hire another escort or something.

I checked the site, The conference was advertising him in Feb but have since dropped him and ISWV twitter and fan club is trying to spin it as they have moved so more people can go see him or something but wont announce the new location till tomorrow. But apparently they have a venue...

Not a con venue, not a con affiliated venue but they have a venue

Can’t remember unfortunately. Some Vic fan posted low quality screengrabs, which is how I read it. I presume they were featured on Nick’s show at some point

Akiva may have more info, but his Twitter is set to private

Edit: Waded through way too much dumb shit to be worth it, but I found it

Misread the tweet at first and thought the "lie" was some new information, then realized that he's just denying shit that we literally have video evidence of.

I wonder. Vic's manipulative in that he seeks out positions of power and knows how to present himself well, but I don't think he's a puppetmaster, he's just a guy with no morals whatsoever who has learned through experience that acting certain ways gets him the rewards he wants. Look at his deposition, or the descriptions of him descending into diva-ish behaviour and temper tantrums when his demands aren't met, or his habit of letting his comments on consent slip out.

It's fair to say that laying low is probably the best course of action for protecting your reputation if you're in Vic's situation - short of, you know, actually caring that you did something wrong and trying to show your remorse in a tangible way. But is Vic the sort of guy who would choose the best course of action?

Sounds like they have been doxing the judge now

as far as I recall the defense has already submitted video evidence of the youtuber asking places to dox/harass people (don't know if there was one of him asking to directly do the judge or not) so I wonder how happy the judge will be about this development. (I imagine the judge will not be happy)

His ex pretty much explained his MO.

He has his fanclub of underage girls, which he greatly encourages. He sends private messages to the girls and grooms them, and when he travels to different cities for his conventions he meets up with his fanclub members 1-on-1 behind closed doors, where he continues to groom them, and when the conditions are right enough he has "consensual" sex with them (which is actually statutory rape). And he has dozens/hundreds of victims.

Which is why he got so pissed off that his convention appearances were getting cancelled, because people were getting between him and that sweet underage pussy.

He doesn't have a convention but he's going to New York anyways to meet with his fans by his hotel? Yeah, you can bet that he's going to be meeting with his fanclub members in his hotel room, behind closed doors. Oh, but it will be totally innocent [/sarcasm]. And even if it's not innocent, it will be totally consensual which makes it not rape [/sarcasm]. And remember, silence is consent.

It's behind closed doors. With his groomed victims. He won't stop.

I keep checking in to see what's new and dear lord this is a never ending train crash. How do they believe anything they're doing is actually helping.

theres no way they're trying to doxx the judge. like, they realize how monumentally stupid that would be, right?

How is this still going on?
These things take time. Originally the hearing was meant to be this week, and we would have heard about whether the dismissals were passed or not in the next 4 or so weeks but that whole deadline has been pushed back 3 weeks.

Even if the dismissals get passed though Mignogna's lawyer can (and probably will) still appeal the decision so there's a good chance this nonsense will continue well into next year.

I'm sure there's no way Beard or Rekieta want them to even with them being as stupid as they are, but they have no actual control over Kiwifarms, they were just poking the hornet's nest. So maybe it's gone out of their control.

It could be an unintended consequences of encouraging their followers to view anything that doesn't go their way in this case as some enemy acting against them; the judge isn't acting how they want and becomes a target too. Or it could be people getting bored and just wanting someone new to target since nothing all that interesting seems to be coming out of Greg.

Clearly the question to everything the plaintiff's side does is "can they possibly be this stupid" and the answer to that question is always "holy fuck yes they can"

So hold on, Kiwi Farms is definitely on Vic's side, right?

That's what I gather from Greg's tweets.
Maybe I'm wrong because I don't want to investigate, but my understanding is tat they're not an ideological community like Stormfront, /pol/, the_donald or what have you. It was formed entirely to track and harass an autistic guy for kicks and is still mostly focused on that kind of thing, they just have more targets now. So it may be more in line with the likes of 4chan's /b/ where it's too nihilistic to form real allegiances with anyone.

Lmao. Vic becoming Virgil is possibly the funniest thing I've heard today. Can't wait for him to start showing in parking lots at small county fairs.

I agree, though the overall effect is kinda fascist because they're trying to go after non-normative folks in general. Whatever targets they can make palatable enough.

I remember in the 8chan thread, that this was discussed in length, and the site has evolved (or devolved) into something much worse, and more openly doxx a lot of people beyond just what it was originally created for.

Well, it's perhaps too big a topic for this thread, but I think that's moreso how fascism is designed. Bullying is generally about the strong attacking the weak - and therefore people who do fit in attacking those that don't - because that's easier and it lets the bully gain some sort of favour in the in-group themselves. Fascism seeks above all else to keep itself in power forever, and sees encouraging this sort of behaviour as a way to keep the people in check because you don't have to care about running your society in any sort of functional manner so long as you can say "well, it's their fault, go after them".

If you want to have an organization for bullying powerful people, you've got to start an NGO or some shit. Probably not as easy, probably not as fun if you're just in to be an asshole.

Wait, KEK7go is Nick Rekieta's community manager? When I saw the earlier post saying that the Risembool Ranger who is responsible for Vic's in-a-venue-we-swear Times Square appearance was left leaning, I looked into her timeline and saw her thanking a KEK7go among other people, but I thought that they were just vocal fans.

When I saw "kek", I assumed that it refers to the /pol/ meme of Kekistan, which is a /pol/ meme related to Pepe the Frog. The Kekistan flag shows up at rallies with swastikas and confederate flags. So I'm wondering if some kind of white supremacist link is going to come out.
