Thanks! I've been meaning to get this asian version since it came out, but whenever I looked for it, it was either out of stock or the price was too high.

This is one of the few games that remains exclusive to the console, right???
It's a great game, very beautiful art style and unique premise for a dungeon crawling RPG.

Do you know this for certain? I just saw this video a few minutes ago that says they expect a physical release on Vita. However, after searching the Web, most of the recent write-ups mention a physical release for PS4 only.

Nope, don't know it for certain - hence "seems". I'm hoping they pull through for it, apparently they were talking somewhere about possibly getting an Asian company involved to deliver the physical.

If anyone got an extra Lost Child CE. Please let me know.
This was one I thought for sure I had ordered, but didn't...

And the first two listed on eBay are 200-300, haha.

I think I might grab the Hakuoki games since 7 bucks for 2 VNs is a pretty good deal.
Hopefully more VNs drop down to such absurd low prices in the future.

Lastly, i'm still praying that Atelier Sophie, Firis, and Shallie for Vita go on sale. I know they're not the best versions. But my I get so bothered looking at this and knowing there are no better deals for cheap copies unless I learn japanese.

So I only ended up getting MGS2 and MGS3 from the sale, lots of neat stuff but nothing that really jumps at me.

I am currently eyeing 3 games
Ys 8
Bloodstained Curse of the Moon
Muramasa Rebirth

Of these 3 I really wanna get Muramasa Rebirth. Is it worth going for the complete edition? Are the DLCs really good or are they just more of a "if you want more content it's there"

All three are excellent choices :) Muramasa DLC is actually fantastic. Each are really good individual stories and each have exclusive enemies and boss fights (and some are rather weird!) so its totally worth playing them all through. Only sort of downer is the trophy lists for each which aren't super great, but unless your super into getting trophies that isn't an issue.

New stuff up on my site - an article rating all of the localization houses on Vita from best to worst:

A review of Metal Gear Solid 2 (brilliant game, still brilliant on Vita)::

A review of Emerald Shores (charming but flawed 2D platformer):

A review of Sky Force Anniversary (more fun than I expected scrolling shooter):

Now I'm done with Catherine, I've moved onto a couple of other Vita titles. First up was Metal Slug 3 which I somehow didn't play (odd, must have 100%ed the PS4 version). Anyway, great port, awesome game and fun trophy list that thankfully lets you cheese the "clear all levels without continuing" else it'd be one of the rarest trophies of all time to do legit (the first 3-4 levels? not so much, last level? Hard as heck and as long as the last four levels combined).

Now as I had it laying around, I've started Rabi Ribi. Silly story aside I'm really liking it - especially the bullet hell bosses. Its a weird meshing of styles but I really like it. Looks like a pretty big game as well so I don't see me finishing it anytime soon.

The poll at the top of this thread really feels like it's taunting me every time I see it....and the fact that I voted for 13 sentinels.

Anyway, I picked up muramasa rebirth and Castlevania X Chronicles since I wanted something to play on this latest work trip and my god. Muramasa is absolutely incredible. This might be up there with one of my new favorites. I managed to sink close to 8 hours into it today and I am totally hooked. The art style, combat, the story, the characters, it's so incredible!

I enjoyed Muramasa, though I found the combat to be a bit repetitive after a while. Maybe I was just bad at it.
That's my main complaint with Vanillaware games. I've yet to play Odin Sphere, but I beat both Muramasa and Dragon's Crown and atm I have no desire to play them again. And that's coming from someone who likes to plat games.

Out of the three new physical NISA games, only one of them (Longest 5 Minutes) is getting a European release. I wish it were The Lost Child.

I think what's really doing it for me with Muramasa is that I kinda love how easy it is to unwind with the repetitive gameplay.
Get attacked, kill everything, get better swords, kill everything faster.
It's basically what i've been looking for.

Do some of the post/end game challenges to see just how intense Muramasa can get. I loved replaying that game on the harder difficulties, not to mention the DLC (which was pretty tough in and of itself). Odin Sphere goes too far the other way though - way too easy for my tastes, I needed it to be harder as the rest of the game is amazing, but its just a bit too easy unfortunately :(

Man, I love Divekick. It's stupid fun when you have another person and a few beers. The two people on one Vita rules too.
