People can't just bring delicious picnic baskets into a bear's natural habitat and expect no repercussions.

Seems like a decent guy to me.
Yogi Bear was a bear who would have been fine, but people encroached on his natural habitat and taught him the joys of the sandwich.
He was an inspiration and pioneer. He adapted to his new conditions with only baskets of goodies as the victim. He really knew how to work within his means.
