Not been part of this, but i think I'll partake in the next one :)
Been thinking about losing weight for a long time but only found the drive and motivation to stick to it at the start of may.
Started walk/jogging 4 mornings a week, lifting weights 4 times a week and going for 2 mile walks at lunch time 3 times a week. Also sticking to a calorie deficit while snacking more during the day, rather than starving myself during the day and then giving up in the evening and pigging out when weak!
Started this journey on 12th may and lost 25.5lbs/11.5kg so far. Hopefully i keep the motivation and reach a weight i feel comfortable with.
