Nah. Ant colonies aren't collectives. We are a collective that acts for the good of the collective, not for the good of any one cell or group of cells.

A cell is a collection of atoms and molecules ... they aren't basic either we got electrons quarks etc etc ... maybe strings lower level . Humans are an emergent phenomenon yes ... I don't see the issue ... you are a collection of random crap yes if you break it down that way .
