Oh man... Xiaolongbao. Soup dumplings man... They haunt me in my dreams. It's been too long since I've had these babies. Always get them at a place in Pittsburgh called Everyday Noodles. The ramen shop across the street from it also makes a killer Dan Dan noodle.

It's a grey and gloomy day and all I want is to eat some buldak (fire chicken) with cheese. I don't really feel like cooking but the only place that makes it close by is really busy so I might go buy ingredients in a bit.
