The 4K pack for Final Fantasy XV PC makes the game 170+ GB as of Episode Ardyn.
Hopefully 4K cinematics will continue to be optional like that. They look nice, but they don't look an extra ~50 GB nice.

Lots of it is video, sure, but none of it is "uncompressed" video. Nobody ships uncompressed video, on any format.
Just a funny (maybe not so funny) fact. The trophy image (the one that is displayed in your list of games) for Superhot VR game is a 320x176 PNG. Its file size is 14 MB. No idea how that's even possible - any image formats experts here? This is what it looks like with 400 times compression.
And it's not even the biggest one, and there are tens of other trophy images with the file size bloated.
I guess Sony doesn't really care about your traffic and fast loading.
