None of Yoda's species have ever fallen to the Dark side.

I would assume Mando tries to get him to Luke but gets there too late, and after seeing the destruction he paraphrases the rancher dude and that's where Luke gets the Mantra "let the past die".

Who is to say there won't be a time skip or there won't be 6 more seasons showing the passage of time?

It can't be at a consistent rate since Yoda died in his 900's.

If 50 years is equivalent to 1 human year then Yoda died in what would be considered to be 18 in human years so there must be a point in time where there a maturation speed up.

What if they develop at a tenth of the speed? Like a 50 year old Baby Yoda is like a 5 year old human and Yoda died when he was the equivalent of a 90 year old human. Obviously nobody would've taught Baby Yoda how to speak so it's behind in that regard but it can clearly walk around and stuff.

So by the time the sequel trilogy rolls around, Din Djarin is in his 60s and Baby Yoda is behaving more like an 8-9 year old.

It's Mandalorian, not Mandalore. Mandalore is the name of their home planet.

i could see the series try and use the title like "no baby Yoda is actually the Mandalorian" in the title one day

What if yoda's tace normaly doesn't soeak but communicates otherwise, and yoda speaks so weirdly because it is very hard to learn for his race?

Baby Yoda can be the first Jedi to play claim to the Darksaber in years!

I was actually discussing this with a friend the other day about how they're probably eventually going to do a storyline where Baby Yoda cocoons up and he comes out as an adult or some shit and itll put the internet into a frenzy.

He goes into a cocoon and comes out as buff, handsome 20something Yoda and the internet feels really conflicted

It's actually a bit wild to me that there was NO synergy between this show and the trilogy. The implications of having another fucking Yoda-like creature in the universe is astounding.

Mando, Baby Yoda, and Cara Dune will retire to a nice world to open an animal therapy farm for Imperial and Alliance vets to foster adorable fuzzy Star Wars critters.

That's it. That's all I want for them.

Does he need a future? Just leave him as a character in The Mandalorian and make new interesting stuff with the Star Wars IP instead of just churning out direct follow ups to everything that has to make it all into some grandiose journey or what have you.

A jedi that cant be corrupted? Sounds like an idealized jedi.
Yoda isn't a stand-in for George Lucas. And do you guys realize that tropes arent bad things? They are simply conventions of storytelling. Stop treating stories like magic tricks where if you've figured out how they work you've devalued them and no longer have to be entertained by them. This is asinine. There is nothing wrong with idealized characters. But Yoda, while being the archetype of the wise old mage, isn't fully idealized anyway. He isn't always right. He isn't beautiful, wealthy, desired by all, etc.

Literally just an artist hanging out on a swamp beach planet somewhere

Baby Yoda deserves to live that best life
