And then raising her voice and applying the frantic affectation to give the impression that she's in mortal danger, while making sure to emphasize repeatedly that it's an "African American man" endangering her poor white life...

There's another weird layer to this, but maybe it's just me. She makes sure to say African American man, that stood out to me. For white people from my generation, or at least from the area I grew up in we were always told "African American" was the only correct way to refer to a black person, you weren't supposed to just say black. So like in the midst of her doing this super fucking racist thing, she has the mind to make sure to use the "respectful" terminology because I bet, in her mind if she said black it would make her feel like she was being racist.

This shit literally happened to me last FRIDAY!!!! I was at a bar ...and I’m looking at this lady and I’m accounting the scene and my eyes lock with this lady she literally got up and started screaming “WTF ARE YOU STARING AT! GTFOH.! Leave NOW!” I swear on all I love. I live in Fargo ND, this is fucking trump country. I ignored here and walked away then she went and told the bartender. Yes I was the only black guy there and none of my white associates said a thing to her while she tried to get a rise out of me. That being said. I wasn’t leaving and no one said of fucking thing to me.

Like many of the time that adopted the "colorbind" sentiment, it was largely superficial and only used as a crutch to feel good and right. She was able to threaten to kill an innocent man and then attempted to kill him with nothing more than a 911 call.
She was only able to do that because she's white and she's leveraging racist institutions and conventions that were designed by racist white people.
She might not represent an entire race, but this incident reflect poorly on white people in more profound ways than the fact that this one white lady is a blood thirsty racist asshole.
