Who would you cast in the lead role for a DC/CW "Static Shock"?

Was talking about this with a friend tonight and I can't find someone who would fit this role. The show would be in the Arrowverse along with Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow. They would have to be between 23 and 28. This is an active Static, not a fresh young guy. Same age group as Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist.

Who would you realistically cast? I.E. John Boyega isn't going to work.

More than likely they'd get some broadway kid, or someone who has maybe only played bit parts. That seems to be where they've pulled for most of their talent.

leeon jones he was in attack the block with boyega and Franz Drameh who plays fire storm. He's 23 but I have no clue what he looks like now as I can't find a current picture and he seems to only have been in that movie.

I guess Jordan Fisher qualifies under that criteria (or any young actor currently in Hamilton).
