Truth is you can get anything you want on any sub.When does the Jaguars sub return?
If they have it in the deli you can get it on a sub.
I have had them do a sub with catfish from the deli hot case, and it was fucking fantastic.
Just wish they had catfish in the hot case more often.
You can also add bacon to anything, any kind of cheese.
I love the chipotle gouda and there is also a dill havarti which is fantastic.
Oh and the curry chicken sub they have is legit.
I'm not sure if they are available outside of Jacksonville. The coleslaw is the only thing in them that the store might not have though.
Some people's principles can be bought with a chicken sub, it seems.
No more than any other sale item, I would say.
Publix's Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales on craft beers are way more insane than getting like $2 off a sub.

The recent stuff about their political donations was shitty, but I can't really begrudge folks who continue to go to Publix. If you're anywhere in like 90% of Florida, your only options outside of Publix are Whole Foods (which is expensive as hell) and some sketchy-as-fuck Winn-Dixie.

Got it tossed with Buffalo sauce and ranch. Put pepperjack cheese on and had it toasted. Finished with some lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
And it was just okay. Not great.

I'm pretty sure they have packets of honey mustard at the condiment bar. Or they will give you a cup of it on the side.

I'll be honest, as I was typing it, I thought, "Is Winn-Dixie still around?" I escaped 5+ years ago, so I'm out of the loop.

We're supposed to be getting a Publix here in nowhere-ville SC soon. Closest one is an hour away in Columbia though. I was getting the Cordon Bleu subs for a while when I'd pass by a location but someone I was with asked the counter guy what was good one night on their first time in and he recommended the chicken tender sub with buffalo sauce and a ton of other stuff to make it a buffalo chicken sub. I was shown the light at that point.
Well that lasted a whole 2 months and now I'm back in FL and can enjoy this delicious sandwich.

they aren't really good with buffalo sauce and ranch, and i think publix's buffalo sauce is gross on top of it. get one with the plain chicken.
