why isnt' every 90+ metacritic 3rd party PS3/360 game on Switch?

what's stopping pubs from porting all those games to the switch and let people relive their favorite experiences on the go?

It can't run them well enough. DOOM is 1080p/60 on base Xbone and look at the kind of concessions that had to be made to get a sub-native, sub-30fps, poorly framepaced port.
