Both.
Both, and add Frozen 2 in there as well.
Beaten, but both. I think Knives is the better movie, but JoJo was a pleasant surprise after the lackluster trailers.
Seconded
Why not both? Also Brie barely in that movie.Just Mercy is getting review bombed on IMDB.
I wonder how much of that is because of its subject matter or because Brie Larson is in it.
You should create a thread.I can't believe how Rian Johnson treated the characters in TLJ. It ruined the trilogy. Congrats to making me miserable on everything Star Wars.
I think I will create multiple.
Just saw it again yesterday in anticipation of the new film and nah its pretty good. It takes the stupid ass mess abrams/kasdan left johnson with by having luke in exile and making the most sense of that situation as he could.I can't believe how Rian Johnson treated the characters in TLJ. Boyega gets more to do in this movie than he does in force awakens as well but his role in the trilogy has been set as sidekick from jump

Yeah, I thought it was legit for a moment too until I saw that you posted it. It wouldn't look out of place at all in one of the 135 ongoing SW threads here lately. Can‘t believe you read my post and thought I was serious.
Guess it says a lot about this whole discourse.

That's really good, I was worried after the China opening last week. $600-700 WW seems likely. Respectable.Jumanji's coming in over $50M for the weekend. Given Christmas legs it should end up well over $200M, maybe even over $300M as audiences seem very positive. Sony will likely want to do a third one of these.
I'd be shocked if the breakeven for Jumanji was more than $400m.That's really good, I was worried after the China opening last week. $600-700 WW seems likely. Respectable.
I know it wouldn't be good but I am morbidly curious about how the Zack Snyder Yoda/Seven Samurai movie would've turned out.I'd like to live in a universe where Rian directed BvS and Snyder did Last Jedi

Wait, was that a possibility?I know it wouldn't be good but I am morbidly curious about how the Zack Snyder Yoda/Seven Samurai movie would've turned out.
LMAO
Unless the rumor mill on this changed again recently, supposedly the Yoda spin-off movie that was rumored for years was going to be that Seven Samurai w/ Jedis movie that Snyder was attached to a long time ago. I guess with Yoda playing the Kanbei role of assembling a group of Jedi to protect a village or something.
Damn, I would have wanted to see thatUnless the rumor mill on this changed again recently, supposedly the Yoda spin-off movie that was rumored for years was going to be that Seven Samurai w/ Jedis movie that Snyder was attached to a long time ago. It's a better premise than I would have ever expected out of the idea of doing a Yoda spin-off at least
Oh man I can't wait to watch!6 Underground is probably the worst movie I've seen this year. Some fun action setpieces, but the script and editing were horrible.
More interestingly, neither Black Christmas nor Richard Jewell was able to gain any traction this weekend. Expect them to be gobbled up by the Star Wars tsunami next week.Jumanji's coming in over $50M for the weekend. Given Christmas legs it should end up well over $200M, maybe even over $300M as audiences seem very positive. Sony will likely want to do a third one of these.
Watch Ready or Not again and feel better. Because Ready or Not is fucking awesome and everyone needs to watch it. Or watch Crawl. Crawl needs more love. Crawl is fucking great.
One of the worst films I've seen in a good while.
Only around $200 million to go, and the prime holiday viewing season still to come, so...yeah, I would say so.
Domestically it only needs $34m more after this weekend.
Yeah I'm kinda stunned it got above 20% on RT. CinemaScore was a bloodbath. Film sucks so bad.
