Yeah, as far as I can tell, these weapons were removed or changed in WA due to being overpowered. Cloned Sheep seems to be like Mad Cow, except the sheep will jump over obstacles rather than detonate on them.
It definitely is. The mechanics from the previous games have been polished, and the feature set is the broadest. The early missions and Quick Matches against the AI offer simple starting points. Lots of the weapons, art, and voicebanks that debuted in Worms 2 / WA are now staples of the series.
