Spider-Man really doesn't like doing it. But if push comes to shove, he will do it. I feel like the interpretations of Spider-man that would put his code before helping people are flawed. 99% of the time Spider-Man is pulling his punches and has multiple options for stopping whatever threat he is facing . For the 1% of times where he doesn't I refuse to believe Spider-Man would choose to die instead of breaking his code. Spider-man would feel like shit and never forgive himself but he'd bare that burden for the sake of helping others.

But this conversation is silly because we're talking about Outriders. Thats like being mad that Peter killed Spider-Slayer bots.

Would they have been able to kill him, without Batman shooting Darkseid? He says that the bullet is toxic. He clearly means to kill Darkseid in those panels. When the fate of the universe is at stake, sticking to your morals is stupid.

Probably not, it was a team effort. But if he wanted to kill him, he would have aimed for the head. Like Batman isn't going to miss someone sitting on a chair at point blank range lol.

Everyone knows you aim for center mass :) Especially when you only have one bullet, and can't afford to miss. And hell, not even Thor went for the head :)
