I'm with you. Love Iko but this looks crazy stupid. I also can't tell if this is going for an R type film or not. It gets pretty bloody in the latter half of the trailer. Oddly that would make it a little more appealing to me since it's Iko and all. I will say it's good to see Dacasos again though
Doh how'd I miss that? Doesn't really change my opinion and I'm still curious what level of violence they're going for here but good to know for future reference
Some additional thoughts having now finished the trailer. That Snoop song was maximum cringe but I'm impressed by Iko's English.

He also has the worst fight scene in John Wick 3. Maybe the one before his scene is the worst. Which is crazy because it's got Mad Dog from The Raid.

The weird part is he was just in John Wick 3, which should've introduced him to a whole new audience. Dude fucking owned in The Crow but he kinda dropped off the face of the planet after that.

I think you're thinking of Ryan Gosling "Drive." He was in another movie called Drive, with Kadeem Hardison and Brittany Murphy, back in the day.
Eh was hoping for more The Night Comes for Us/Headshot type of martial arts action. This looks pretty bad, but I'll watch it anyway. Also great to see Mark Dacascos back - he was fantastic in John Wick 3.
Ha ha, I don't blame people for thinking this is only a movie. This looks like the sort of nonsense that would be fine as a B movie but not something that needs to be as long as a season of True Detective.
