Xbox Game Pass + Forza H3 + Forza 7 for $100

Microsoft is running a promotion right now where a full year of Game Pass with copies of Forza 3 and Forza 7 (to keep) is $100. Seems like a decent deal since those games aren't part of Game Pass (yes, FH4 is coming to that in October).
