Would rather like to see more comparisons, output is a bit slow at the moment. :/
Fifteen videos after launch, still nothing on in-depth retail unit performance for 360 backward compatible games (both X enhanced and otherwise) beyond the quick snippets in the review video on Nov. 3, nothing yet about the upgrade some OG Xbox games have received, no revisiting of other current-gen games beyond FFXV that lacked a definitive console port (performance, resolution, etc.) or had input latency problems (Rise of the Tomb Raider, Dishonored 2/Outsider, Prey, etc.--the new sponsored HDR video shows Rise but nothing explicit on the lag), nor anything about what the X currently does for some earlier XB1 exclusives like Sunset Overdrive, MCC, Dead Rising 3, Phantom Dust, etc., patched or not, compared to the S and/or PC.
This coverage takes time, but yeah... I got rid of my XB1S after the Phantom Dust and Scalebound stuff, so I'm thinking about an X again. However, boost mode had unpleasant side effects to more than a handful of games I tried on the PS4 Pro (messed with game speed, caused weird text errors sometimes, freezing), to the point where I just leave it off now. I need more info before I cough up $500 for an X, especially since I'd be using it more for older titles.
