Xbox Series X Cold Boot 10-12 seconds; SSD Usable Space 802 GB

From IGN video, cold boot takes 10-12 seconds compared to ~ 1 minute on Xbox One X

The internal SSD usable space is 802 GB after installing the OS and system files. External 1 TB SSD will add 920 GB

My Xbox One 1 TB has 780GB of usable space. So basically the same.

I saw this and I (and many others) were confused about the video, at least on ign they show it off screen and tell us the duration directly
