If you don't care about that -- fine. You don't have to engage with posts that criticize the character designs. You can even use the ignore feature to this effect. Glad to hear it's good. I won't be playing it unless they patch in outfit customization though.

The NWR preview is to absolutely avoid if you don't want to be spoiled.

After following the game for a while they've actually grown on me, specially Rex's. Even if there was character customization in the game, I'd imagine his wouldn't change much, considering the suit is designed with a couple of mechanics in mind, like the collection point "diving", in which the suit changes into a different form, and carrying his titan pet thing on his helmet.

Pyra's impossible hotpants and distractingly huge chest are so irritating.

Game looks great, though, eyeroll character design aside.

The animation seems great, characters are really expresive! I hope the tutorial part is no that long, I'll be there day one!

It could be because he doesn't like Pyra's boobs too. Some people take themselves too seriously to enjoy such things but opinions are opinions. Or rather "morals are morals"? I don't know.

Two previews so far mentioned a big drop in resolution while in handheld. I hope it's not another sub native game undocked, I 'm really not liking this trend. :/

Note that all the videos footage are provided by Nintendo since every media is showing exactly the same, just different sections.

I was worried that this game would be lacking in content compared to Xenoblade and X due to the short development time. Glad to hear it’s “overwhelming” so hopefully it’s not the case.

Hey guys, do they say anything about the resolution of the game? I hope for a minimum of 900p, if it is lower than that, it is the same resolution xenoblade x had... that would be a bummer to see no technical improvements

I'm not watching any new footage or anything. But NintendoLife's write up has me excited. It sounds like a return to what I liked about the first game.

Chuggaaconroy (GameXplain) liking it means a lot to me... Xenoblade Chronicles is his favorite game of all time, so if he likes Xenoblade 2, the game is probably gonna be great.

Unfortunately I don't think that even outfit customisation could fix the issues. Unless you want to play without touching the majority of the blades. I'm not sure that the customisation is even possible seeing how the physics are fully adapted to show everything than needs to be shown.

I think the spoiler in the NWR preview is very overblown. It's such a good preview, more people should see it instead of being deterred because of something they're not even going to notice.

Is there different UI scale options? Everything is needlessly big. It looks like an N64 UI.
