Noob question everyone, is college football much better than this I hope?
It's hit or miss depending on who's on what team and how badly the roster wants to get into the NFLNoob question everyone, is college football much better than this I hope?
This is where I'm at as well. Some of the gear on the XFL is even sold out. Interest seems high at the moment. It Is good enough that I am going to watch next weekend and I'm slightly excited for it.
Some college is but there are alot of trash college games. The crowds at college rivalry games is what makes it though. The dc defenders game yesterday was great because of that as well.Noob question everyone, is college football much better than this I hope?
Because the chance of success drops dramatically the further you are from the goal line
This is the 1 time it made sense to go for 1. 3 is supposed to be for big comebacks. Teams should go for 2 the first 3 quarters though
Yeah despite the fact they like photoshopped the eagle's helmet a bit it's a rad design
It says Season 2 so I'd say it's in here all seasonThis is not bad, so far, the only clunker was Tampa.
Are we using this thread throughout the season or is this OT for WK1?
That was yesterday too, Curt Menefee was the only one who felt like "Yeah this is the XFL..."Well we certainly know that the broadcasters were instructed to hype this XFL train.

We could use a new NFL blitz
Supposedly it's coming, or 2K is at least trying to put together a team to make it.
One thing that was weird to me was them openly saying the NFL was the "next level" and putting it over, I figured they would try to build themselves as a better alternative. To me it was like if McDonalds said "we're a stepping stone for people to eat at Wendy's", or if WCW said they were a stepping stone to the WWF. And hey, I know we all know it's true, just surprised it was said out loud is all.Well we certainly know that the broadcasters were instructed to hype this XFL train.

Is there anywhere that actually has box scores for these games? I can't find jack shit on most sites other than short write ups and a handful of video clips.
Nice! The ABC game did 3.3 million viewers peaking at 4 million. It beat primetime basketball later that night on ABC. Worth noting Ohio was the biggest market. Give them a team they are desperate.
Outstanding. Can't wait to hear all the chatter about the XFL in sports shows this week. The ABC game did 3.3 million viewers peaking at 4 million. It beat primetime basketball later that night on ABC. Worth noting Ohio was the biggest market. Give them a team they are desperate.
Im interested in what the espn game does as i feel like in terms of getting a long term tv deal Espn is the best bet.
