:o Aw c'mon though, we are far past the "will the west like this Japanese thing?" I mean, it's kept Koei-Tecmo in business for a while...

Hey Sega and Capcom, locations don't matter to the fans. Let us have Yakuza and Ace Attorney games set in different time periods!

Do that and they'll be caught up. I can live without Kenzan or Black Panther.

Yes please.

Then we just need a translation patch so I can play my imported Kenzan copy without having to use text guides on my pc.

Nioh and Sekiro sold millions of copies, I'm pretty sure the setting appeals to westerners.

I am usually the first to say that petitions don't work

But maybe we should put together a petition???? Just to show that the demand exists

They could strike lightning in a bottle if the release coincides with the marketing cycle for Nioh 2 and Ghost of Tsushima. I believe that’s what they are waiting for.

Thats a world class dumb reason to not do it. In 2019 and after how many movies, animes, books, games, TOURISM can anybody say with a straight face if they are unsure SAMURAIS sell to a western audience.

I mean, in this day and age I can't see how it wouldn't at least interest a small subset of people. I'd totally be down with it getting released. I've played the import, I love the import. That's all there is too it!

A game series where people love the Japanese dub...

But a game set in an older Japanese setting is a bridge too far? Pffffft.

Do it, I want more Yakuza, especially the samurai games. Was really sad that we were missing out on those titles.
