Zoids Battle Legends is this game for me.
Bad game with bad voice acting but I'll never forget the lines.
Can't find my favorite one but 'You go back to bed!' will be my favorite put down of all time from this game.
It also has other classics I'll never forget such as.

Dang, we've got a double paraphrase going on here.
The Duke 3D line is:
"It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of gum"
which is a paraphrase of the They Live line:
"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum"
The original RE bad lines ("Jill sandwich," "master of unlocking") are part of the game's pleasures now. I've also got a soft spot for all those terrible MGS lines. E.g. "Do you think love can bloom on the battlefield?" The later games' writing was every bit as bad but lost the B-movie charm of the original.
