If those teenagers were advocating violent genocide they should be facing consequences. Such speech would be worse than encouraging a school shooting.

It would be well to record these provocateurs while they are making these remarks before taking any actions as they are not honest and it would be more difficult for them to play victims in the media and easier for them to face consequences, investigation and prosecution.

If there was a family that witnessed the beginning of the altercation who has been threatened to silence they should speak to the FBI if local law enforcement is not protecting them.

Throwing a drink and snatching the hat was far from the worst that could have happened. Dude should buy the kid a more tasteful hat and tell the kid that he doesn't have to kill off other races to get a chance to get laid; that the kid and his friends only need to get away from the hate, show some compassion to others and improve themselves.
