Zombi 2 aka Flesh Eating Zombies by Lucio Fulci.
It's sooooooo good. And has one of the best scenes ever.
Dude! I literally just got done showing someone those weird awesome Italian zombie movies like a month ago! Can't remember how I discovered them, maybe Fangoria or something.
My GOAT is Kickboxer 4 starring Cody from Step by Step. I had no idea 2 or 3 even existed. It's an Enter the Dragon rip off where Tong Po, who is now a drug cartel leader and "visionary record producer", hosts a martial arts contest. Cody has to infiltrate the tournament to save his wife, and even though it's established that he is Tong Po's arch nemesis none of the goons seem to recognize him until the final fight.
Did I mention Tong Po has horrible "Asian" makeup and a painfully obvious bald cap?

Haha true. But it's better just to broaden the thread and allow some leeway. Bring your B movies, your low budget schlocky fun times, your lesser known gems and hilariously bad classics. We can ignore a few genuine mainstream higher budget flicks being listed, it's all in fun.

Those shitty Godfrey Ho ninja films are great in a shitty way
It's fun trying to figure out what the plot of the original movie was before they badly dubbed it over and made it about some ninja empire thing

Close Range is a really solid action B-movie from the current action B-movie superstar Scott Adkins, that I think is really worth checking out

my fave Godzilla movie as well, plus Gigan stops inGodzilla vs Megalon
The movie was very clearly low budget. The "night time" shots are clearly just darkened day time shots, to the point where you can clearly see the sun reflecting off of car windshields. Tons of recycled footage as well as stock footage pulled from other Godzilla movies is used. This movie was supposedly filmed in three weeks and the entire production time from pre-planning to finish was all done in six months.
Also, it gave us this gem of a moment.
I also very much enjoy Black Circle Boys. It fuckin' sucks but I love it.
Also, if your tastes trend more recent and less-Z-grade, I cannot recommend US Navy Seals II enough.
The whole conceit is that a special ops team needs to go to an island where they can't use guns or everything will explode, so everyone does dumb karate.
And it's the dumbest karate. It's basically like someone mashed up Power Rangers and any number of generic special ops movie into a blender. Every action has dumb whooshing noises.
And an example of the totally-over-the-top foley:

Honestly for me it would be R.O.T.O.R. It's one of those movies that after I saw it, I just had to watch it again and again. There is so much wrong with the production and the acting and the camera work, it just creates this maelstrom of confusion and weirdness. It has a message that doesn't really work because it relies on someone watching this with a certain mindset, it begins in medias res and continues as a recollection of events, but has a voice over for what would be filler plot with no significance to the events at the beginning, it's all sorts of fucked up.
The action is extremely cheesy, the one-liners are weird ("You fire me and I'll make more noise than two skeletons making love in a tin coffin, brother."), and the main character is completely dubbed over, which doesn't work for what the actor is trying to portray in some scenes.
Watch this movie. It is a rabbit hole of weird. Also, available totally free on youtube.
Oh, and the soundtrack fits the weirdness.

Made from the fear of nuclear fallout, comes the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
It's a high profile choice, but I stand by it.
That fight is so good. Amazingly awesome and serves no purpose.
Though I always preferred the eye-scene due to how horrific it is.

The graboids gave me the 'Jaws effect' for a week or two after initially watching as a kid lol.
Don't think it's a true B-Movie, but one hidden gem I hardly ever see mentioned is Timecrimes.
It's a story about a middle-aged guy who sees his neighbour undressing, goes to have a closer look and then gets attacked by a bandaged man. He then goes to hide with a scientist and complications ensue. Quite tense and a bit of a headscratcher at times, but it has one part in particular that made me stop and rewind to check a tiny detail.
Trailer is also quite spoilery, I would stop after about 42 seconds if you want to go in blind!

The middle aged guy travels in time and it's revealed that he was next to the machine all the time in the earlier scene - you can see his hand in the scene the first time you view it, but you wouldn't look for it until it's mentioned later

I love absolutely everything Stuart Gordon has ever done. I even wrote him a letter to invite him to my wedding. He politely declined, but sent me an autographed Re-Animator theatre poster.
Timecrimes is great! Same guy who did Colossal with Anne Hathaway, by the way.

Exotica. More of an arthouse/B movie. Fans of David Lynch will enjoy.
This is not a B movie. It's a great movie, but more arthouse.

Groove - an obscure film about people gathering for a rave in San Francisco in the early 2000s with a cameo by John Digweed (who is a much much much better DJ than actor :P)
