The details of the concessions don't matter, this is the beginning of the end of NATO.
The alliance only works as a deterrent and force of stability if bad actors believe in its resolve and quick, unified response to threats.
Trump created so much smoke around what used to be an unwavering and reciprocal alliance, enemies can now factor in the possibility that NATO won't or half-heartedly respond to aggression.
Meanwhile electorates will turn against leaders trying to maintain the status quo and eat the insults and disrespect coming their way, putting pressure on governments to shake things up.
This is bad.

My friend has this theory that decades of Western hegemony has made governments incompetent. In the cold war they were on the ball because everyone was scared shitless. Now they can just focus on electioneering and enriching themselves .
Just comes to show how much US politicians really care about world stability and peace when they let orange fuckface bully other nations, disregard strong allies, hand over Jerusalem, Talk shit about Nato, allow him to cosy up with dictators and corrupt leaders.
