Yeah, pretty obvious that she was targeted.

Granted, I've never been to a strip club in Ohio, but I have been to several strip clubs.

If every stripper got arrested for letting a customer touch her (on ANY part of the body, it seems), well...there would be no strip clubs.

Completely transparent.

I for one wish I could go to my local strip club safe in knowing I won't be subjected to strippers throwing themselves at me and pressing my face into their tits.

And what? Doing the right thing is great.

But that is just a few. And meanwhile Trump is attacking all areas of our civil liberties and Dem leadership is silent except to scold the left.

To me that is a giant fucking nothing.

You know what, I'm getting really fucking tired of this.

There are democrats all over the country in the fight of their lives trying to get elected in November so we can turn the tide on this shit.

If you are as worried about what Dems are doing as you say you are, go help one of them knock on a few doors or write a check. Because that's how we fight back.

1: This is obviously a setup. Who sends undercover police officers to a random strip club to enforce a law like this?

2: Who the fuck written this law?

3: Why is the person being touched arrested? Edit: Ah. Fucking hilarious too. The horror of feeling a breast in your face at a strip club.

Fucking hell everything about this is a fucking mess.

Just hitting up #7 on the list.

America is hitting #9 with some government actions and some bills being introduced. #8, Fox news is state sponsored TV and your government constantly tries to attack and discredit its other organizations or individuals who stray from that narrative, it may be dumb, but its working. I doubt you'll hit number 10 unless mass protests take place, or there is a major terrorist attack on American soil, though Trump and many in his administration show little care for the Rule of Law themselves , but do not let people fool you or downplay what is happening, Trumpism is fascism, just because it isn't as bad as Nazi Germany doesn't mean America isn't facing a serious crisis. Do not let people normalize this.

29th post, first page...

That's against the law in Ohio.

I'd love to see some figures on how many people have been arrested for this. Maybe it's not "1," but I'll bet it isn't a whole hell of a lot.

Sometimes laws are not strictly enforced. For example, it's illegal to slurp your soup in NJ.

There's no way this is a coincidence, is what I'm saying.

Article points this out, yes, it's a rarely enforced law and most people probably don't even know about it that live there.

I've learned not to doubt things even if you don't believe it did or didn't happen. So, while I don't think it was setup, that doesn't mean it wasn't.

All the sherif had to do was not arrest her, she had pretty much finally fallen off my radar and forgot she existed. Now she is back again. Ugh.

I should clarify that I'm not saying the cops planted someone in the audience to be the eventual "toucher." Just that they knew the event was happening, they assumed that this type of thing would go on, and they were there and ready for it.

Highly, highly likely.

Sounds like a set up.

Could also be the local LEOs wanting some payback for the guy they voted for. Who knows

We'll see if more information comes out as to why... could be exactly what you say, could be a person she put her breasts in their face w/o permission... I dunno. I'm all for following the law, but sometimes you see a law, and it makes me smh at the reasoning behind it. Personally, I think someone should be able to touch someone as long as consent is given. I think if someone has an issue with nude performers, they don't have to go see them. I don't have a single thing against a dancer. My sister in law is a dancer, nude and all. I've also never been to a place with semi nude or nude performers. Not because I have a problem with it, but I don't have a desire to go.

I'm not from the US so please be kind, but is Stormy Daniels really considered a political opponent?

Sounds like one of those awful strip clubs where you have to stay 5 feet away from the performer and if you even touch you get the bouncer on your ass

I said this before Trump was elected; this country will be one Reichstag fire away from the Death of the Constitution.

A major terrorist attack near the end of Trump' s term will cement everything. I hope it doesn't happen. :(

She has a broken NDA against Trump & may have been paid off to have an abortion by him, despite his SCOTUS pick looking to overturn the law that allows abortions.

She's probably his most prominent political opponent right now.

I guess that makes sense, though a stripper/porn actress being the most prominent political opponent of the president of the US is just mind-boggling.

But in this case the stripper is bounced. Fucking stupid.
Eh the strippers have rules to follow as well. Whether they are club rules or county rules. They usually tell you or insinuate what's ok and what isn't. They are somewhat very strict depending on if the club serves alcohol or they are in a very conservative area/county. A cop actually being there to bust them is probably rare though but usually the clubs take it very seriously since they can get shutdown for violating rules.

tl;dr: she touched an officer's ass and boobs and shoved her boobs into her face. Seems to be illegal in Ohio.

99.899999% of people go to strip clubs PRAYING for physical contact from the performers.

The rest are undercover cops trying to frame someone for a corrupt president.

Yeah, it is, though I can't say I've ever heard of it being enforced like this, with a sting set up for a visiting stripper. The only strip club stings I've been heard of were long term operations investigating back room prostitution. Never been to one of the strip clubs here, but from what friends and coworkers have mentioned over the years, people would be getting arrested every day if thouroughly enforced lol.

Sounds like someone in authority wanted to set her up, though we're a Democratic city and Kasich hates Trump. Maybe it was Dewine? I don't know.

The official complaint talks about multiple undercover officers being touched during the performance. I'm assuming the breasts in face part.
