I really don't think there's enough gameplay or things to do here to keep this game viable. Not that the original Animal Crossing games were full of gameplay content to begin with, but I wish there was more to do married with the times/dollars/microtransactions to offset it.
Ok this game is good. It's got it's hooks in me, so charming, relaxing, and cute. A lethal combo for me.
I got the US version downloaded, was playing the game from Australian store when it first launched. Got a bit bored with it after a couple weeks. One thing though, it really has me super duper excited for the future installment of AC. I am going to start over in Pocket Camp and just take my time and play when I feel. I think I may have pushed to fast while I was playing through the Australian launch.
Someone mentioned a few days ago that the game was data-mined and it had several additions planned to it, no idea when they'd come though(or even if they will come at all).
I assume it'll slowly be updated over time with new content.
As it is the game is like what I wanted Miitopia to be aka friend sharing with some small things to do.
Why are all the human players that show up in my game from Japan (I'm in NA)? I mean I assume they are, they all have Japanese names.
I don't know if I'm imagining it but I feel like she gives greater quantities of Bells as gifts than anyone else (whom I've met so far)

Fiance and I have downloaded it and are enjoying it a bunch. I look forward to the updates that I'm sure the app will get eventually.
Really not a fan of the UI. Tons of loading / friends list is a complete mess. Makes things a chore.

Got to lvl6 , working on getting the current set of animal buddies into my camp site. They finally require furniture which I don't have at all, so I can spend a bit of time building what I need for each time. Should be decent time wasting. So it looks like I've hit the point where the gameplay just loops now for each new set of animals? Any idea how much more content there is to the game? Or is it just the same old stuff now until they push through limited events? Seems.... very thin on content!
It's a real crap fight. One of the reasons why I got bored and uninstalled about a week after it's release.

Has anyone swapped back and forth between an android phone and an iPad? I know the premium currency doesn't swap, but do you actually lose it on the original platform or does it stay available there? Does your progress stay synced properly between platforms?
