Is this TEW2 video the start of a new recording session or have they forgotten what the game told them about stealth killing fire enemies already?
I've found that it's best to assume ignorance when it comes to SBFP.
In all seriousness though it definitely looks like they started a new recording session. Also, the timing on the flame guy was kind of sudden if you weren't paying attention to it, so I can see why Pat messed up there.
Pat didn't really understand what the game meant. He thought it meant that enemies have higher defense when they're on fire, which is why he says things like, "If you have to shoot them when they're on fire, you should shoot them in the stomach I guess" and why he's running around Benny Hill style with them chasing him waiting for the fire to go out.
It's actually kind of fun to go back and watch his first encounters with the burning guys and see how they came to those conclusions.

They have two other LPs coming, one of Matt+Woolie and one of Pat+Woolie, they confirmed on the Podcast last night 100% but decided to keep both ambiguous.
I'm not having my fill of TEW2 until they get to the next area. Literally almost the whole LP I've been waiting for them to reach Theodore's tower and see how they handle it, and the boss fight.

It's one of their better LPs so I'm not bored of Evil Within 2 at all, and it's actually nice to get episodes so soon, it would take really long if it was just one of the things in rotation.. Also pretty fun was that I was constantly playing a couple of chapters ahead of tthem.

I'm surprised Pat made it to the tower with his bizarre, self-imposed "don't shoot the lava boys when they're on fire" challenge.
The part where he was just eating it to the gob nonstop and refusing to shoot back was the most noble and heroic thing I've ever seen and/or a ridiculous misunderstanding that's nonsensical even knowing the source of his confusion.
