I'm on an OG Xbox so that could be the problem. I've only played 3 games post patch and have hard froze and crashed on all three.
Is it super laggy today for anyone else? Makes it best impossible to play. I think I am shooting at someone only for them to disappear and me dead
I am on an OG with about 10 hours and I have only had 1 crash before either of the patches
I didn't noticed any major differences, except for the recoil. I actually went to big cities so I could test the weapons and the new recoil, I think this way works better for console, but I know a lot of people don't like it.
Performance wise, it might be a bit better (XB1S), but I haven't had much trouble with fps since the beginning. Now the network lag and rubber banding might be a bigger problem than before.
It was pretty smooth last night/this morning on the X. Finally able to spin the camera with RB and still get a solid 30 frames in most areas. It's still taking a little hit in large open areas or big towns. ADS felt better as well.
I'm starting to get some rubberbanding now, like everyone else. I'm sure people are flooding on to the game with the weekend/holidays
This has never been a thing on PC because you have the precision of a mouse. You're exposed in a car, its super easy to just hit someone or blow up their car by spraying a mag in it.
I've had several crashes, and so have my friends. We are avoiding playing the game until its fixed :(

I just bought and played this for the first time today on Xbox One (X), and..5th match, already got a chicken dinner.
Nice! Got my first one yesterday. Felt like a great achievement. :) I tried to record the last 5 min cause it was intense but it only caught like 20 seconds or something. A little disappointed cause I got a crazy snipe with the kar right before taking out the last guy with an UMP. Had like no health left and ran behind a skinny ass tree. Lol.
Think I did better on my last game where I got a supply drop that had a grass camo gear and a sniper rifle with 8x scope. I only got in 3rd place though, because I was eventually spotted. Near the end though, I picked off like 4 people while hiding in the grass.
Stole someone's car while they were at a house, drove away with them shooting at me.

Had some issues with lagging out. Reset my modem and I was good. Everyone I've played with has encountered a crash or two per game, though.

Reduced recoil is bullshit.
Played quite a few matches I'm getting sprayed down from heavy distance with uzis and shit.
I've been playing this game a long time now and accustomed myself to using distance at my advantage and now you can full clip an Uzi into someone from across the street with ease.

Happened to me once, he didn't actually run me over but I perfectly slipped in between the tires.
As much as I dislike the current car meta that video made me laugh. It's hilarious that people just stand/sit there not even trying.
I'm going to continue doing the car thing in the final cirlces. Noone is even shooting at you?

Ive always found that ammo is tight so I don't want to waste it taking random shots at cars. Squads is a different story, if we see someone in a car we light them up until they're dust.
Lol. It's a shame the buggy doesn't have a horn. There's nothing sweeter then stealing someones ride then pressing the horn to get their attention before peeling off into the sunset.

Just... use group search? I never play with a random squad, not here, not in Fortnite, not in Friday the 13th, of course that isn't fun, just use group search and you have a motivated squad in seconds.

Got my first Chicken Dinner on Squads while I was down so that doesn't really count. Got #2 multiple times on Solo and on Squads but no win yet.
Managed to get #2 playing Squads 3 times in a row yesterday all by myself after my mates got hit by cars but man, that final 1v1 is still way too intense for me haha.
Stupid question but how do I jump through a window on Xbox? Only got it to work like twice by accident.

Just jump with A next to a window but make sure the distance is reasonable.

I did this when the blue was close to coming in. There was a other car just down the road so I stopped and shot the tyres out on that one. It was a later circle so they probably died in the blue. A lonely and frustrated death...
Get to final 5, set up with AKM and M16...plenty of ammo and good armor....ran down by a car as I tried to get behind a tree....
lol. I'm terrible at this game. I was consistently getting into the top 10 the first few days and now I can feel the skill level has grown but I've stayed at the same level.
Picked up the VSS sniper rifle just now. The first time I've ever used it and I shot a guy 5 times before he casually looked at me like I'd blown air in his face and one shotted me. That gun is reallllyyy weak.

So after playing this game for a while i have to say, super fun but man are the controls bad. Just dog shit controls. Really unacceptable in 2017 that a game can control this badly.
What bad controls?! The game controls perfectly! Needs work yeah but it's not bad.

It gets a lot better if you mess with sensitivities. That being said, I think there's plenty of work to be done.
