It's Christmas. I wouldn't say the kid hates PS, more than he wanted a xbox one X so he's obviously disappointed that he got a standard ps4.

I don't think there's any need to start taking digs at the kids console choice.

Does he have a GameFAQs acccount where he tells them sony ponies and nintendrones what's up?
Even a Christmas thread gets a bit of console wars bullshit thrown in. Fucking eh.

This place is just GAF with a different paint job.
I mean the tweet itself says the kid hates Playstation. I can't fathom why a kid would hate a console lol. But that's just me.

Meh, I expected better reaction from the kid, he didn't seem to care much about which console he got.

Now on the other hand, you can see real excitement from this kid

Now that kid is in a christmas mood.

Really guys. If this was for the money, where is the splash intro, and the "wattsup guyz". Where's the selfie moment? This is obviously just a family moment. How little of social media do you guys experience? Never seen any cute baby videos? Or do they fill you with disgust?

Lets make a bid. How many users will get banned on this thread? 5? 6? Did I hear 7? 7 at one, 7 at 2, 7 at 3. Sold.

The parents tried to spread hate and their kid answered with love. Good, i see no hate in that kid.

Never understood the tradition of faking out people when it comes to gifts. It's just mean. It's even meaner to record it and upload it for your own personal internet points.

the set up by the parents is super annoying. I'm pretty sure that kid doesn't "hate" PS or Xbox or Nintendo

I was expecting some sort of rage out by the kid but instead he's pretty happy with the PS4, and elated with the X

Lol who cafes if the parents want to go viral, if indeed that is their goal (which I'm sure it isn't)? What parent wouldn't want to share their child's happiness with everyone?

Parents trolling their kids like this (ultimately having a good ending) is hilarious.

Not really sure what the intentions behind the video were, but I loved how that kid didn't act like a shit when he saw the PS4 box and seemed grateful to have either.

Hope he enjoys it.

But an XB1X as a gift for a child that young? I got absolutely nothing this year!

Yeah that's my takeaway too now. But he probably has some tells that his parents can see regarding the disappointment, but man he took it really well, seems like a good kid who was raised well.

Glad that kid loves his gift and hugging it.
It is better than my nephew who knows nothing about monetary value and ungraceful for gift.
He gave away a PS4 that I gifted him for Christmas 4yrs ago for a $20 steam card just a year ago.
Effing hell.
I just gave him a Switch...I bet he will pawn that system for 3.50 in a few months.

He's really going to miss those third person action movie games where a family member dies and you spend the next 15 hours hiding in grass throwing rocks then finish it and never play it again type games.
