Mumm-ra livessss....
That's actually the most affordable Gigantic in some time. The Gigantic Shin Godzilla was nearly $700 before shipping.
Man hopefully this isn't the start of buying a million figures like I did with Gunpla when I started building those.
A local desert place' owner has set up all their Hot Toys in detolf shelving. I don't own any, so it was awesome checking out the selection! But if Hot Toys are 1:6, there were also some 1:4 statues too, of Transformers, Terminator, Batman etc. I was curious, who makes highly-detailed 1:4 scales?
Happy New Year everyone. Had a pretty shit one last year so decided to pull the trigger on my first Hot Toys, Luke from ROTJ and Empire Darth. Now sat here wishing the year away...
They're quite ahead of schedule so I expect Luke to be hitting in May.
I just hope the articulation is better than the Civil War BP, shames such a dynamic character is limited by the clothing material. Can't put him in any cool poses :(
Messi posting quality comic characters in HT form now this I can get behind.
It will be the same material and you'll museum pose him, saving dynamic poses for pics. I creased the hell out of my MoS Superman with a badass dynamic flying battle pose with Zod (no regrets) and the BvS follow-up used the same exact material.I creased the shit out of my CW BP figure by keeping the arms bent. Now I really dislike that one. Hoping for better material this time around.
God no. Buying their Master Chief 1/6 figure based off of bullshot pics (what kind of a freaking Master Chief figure can't hold a damn assault rifle?!) still continues to piss me off to this day, to the point that I've sworn off 3A as a company out of pure spite.I asked this in the figure thread, still confused which one I should post in, but is anyone planning on getting a 3AA membership this year?

Just waiting for some new shit to come in then we will be back to normal.
Their Transformers stuff does look great, but I will forever remain salty over how badly they screwed up Master Chief.3A Optimus from DOTM is phenomenal. One of the best painted figures I own.
