Meant to post this up when it came out, but just in case anyone was worried, all the DC TV shows should be safe for renewal this season:

Network president Mark Pedowitz is "optimistic" that Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow will return next season, he told EW at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour Sunday.

"At the moment, it's a little too soon," Pedowitz says. "We're noted for announcing at winter TCA that we're picking up shows, we just weren't ready to do that yet. A couple more weeks [and] we'll probably get around to it. I'm pretty confident we'll see them all back."

"We haven't renewed anything yet," Pedowitz notes. "We're not quite ready to do that. We're a couple of weeks out. I'm pretty confident a lot of the [CW] slate is coming back. We're just not ready to make that a formal announcement yet. It is only Jan. 7. It's just a question of the board and I getting together and having a discussion about it. We just weren't ready with the holidays and this came just days later. We'll get there. I'm confident most of our schedule is coming back."

Finally got to catching up. Just saw Crisis on Earth-X, which was definitly much better than Invasion! last year. I had fun, even though some part were a bit bad (especially the CGI, god what would I give to see this with a movie budget!).

Anyways, 1 more episode of each show and next week the new stuff is starting, eh?

With all shows back, they should find a good time strategy to max out the time we have the shows on without repeats and breaks.

Okay I completely missed that DC was doing a bunch of panels this weekend with a lot of the DC TV folks, with a focus on diversity. Apparently Candice Patton was stealing the show all over the place. Will post up the high quality video if/when they post it up, it was streamed.

Guggenheim himself said he couldn't make a statement on Black Lightning's Arrowverse status, so I figure that's up to Pedowitz/Berlanti/Johns/Akils to decide. Also there was a little more Wally in Legends teasing.

How should they introduce everybody else into the Black Lightning Universe/vice versa?

*My question includes everything from time travelling within the Speed Force and seeing the Black Lightning Universe to a city mentioned or a character mentioned.

I'm going to give them until we have seen the ratings for a couple of episodes.

I'm on the Wonder Women (women in the DC universe) panel now and it's great so far. The panel with all the black actors/writers was phenomenal. Some truth bombs being dropped in that one and now I know why everyone was praising Candice. Also, did not know Erin Richards was British... the more you know.

I'm catching up with S3 of Flash. Man, I hate the Flash kids. They're so, so, so idiotic. I want them to die. All of them. Specially Jesse Quick. Is that really a necessary character? God I hate teenagers.

Okay, I need some help. I stopped watching the shows right after the Crossover and wanted to get back in. I saw that Legends has ended with 18 episodes again and that Supergirl had a 2 month break after episode 13 and just started back up. What I want to know:

- Do I just watch the shows normally (Supergirl, Flash, Legends, Arrow) until episode 13?
- Since Supergirl started again, which episode were the other shows on at the time? 18? 19?

You can cross reference the dates on Wiki (use the ratings tab so it won't have spoiler descriptions), but there's no crossovers beyond that except some Legends/Arrow stuff that hasn't happened yet. The viewing order shouldn't matter if you want to catch up.

I don't know about Supergirl and Legends is a must watch but I don't know if i'd bother with Flash and Arrow.
They both turned to complete turds immediately after the crossover.

It's probably best to view legends in full right after Earth X. Flash and Arrow cross over this week so I would then catch up on both of those, leave supergirl for last.

The wig is by far the least problematic part of that set photo.

It is the "disguised as a prostitute" clothing that is killing everything

Clothing is fine technically because it can just be Starfire being a goof,
The hair is a bigger issue especially seeing multiple because she could get her best hero costume possible

But I don't see it working with that hairstyle.

It's a dress and a coat, the latter probably not even being in the real costume. It's cold in Vancouver!

This "prostitute looking" stuff is weird to me.

I am curious though what is the "event" that will force em to Gotham that would need Barry and Kara but also Ollie and Kathy

So how will Batwoman look? What would people like to see?

Will she wear a mask with exaggerated ears like the comics? Something closer to Katanas mask but with "ears"? Or will it just be a slightly different version of Oliver's and Dinah's mask?

I want them to go all out. Her comics look isn't particularly complex, just give it to her. White face paint, red wig, pointy mask. Red and black bodysuit and boots.

I would be surprised if they went with the comic mask, It just doesn't seem like it would translate well.
Something like this but one that doesnt extend as much on top

Realistically, this is what Im expecting ha

And Im as typing and searching I come across
https://tigerstonefxshop.com/products/batwoman-inspired-mask-for-your-cosplay-costume

Hmm so maybe lol I hope they nail the suit. Leave the leather to gloves, boots, cape, and belt stuff. More like the Batfleck

Also, I want someone to say "Dressed like a bat. I dig it." Preferably Diggle :P

Posting this in here because the other threads will all be winding down once Supergirl finishes, these are the episode counts that WB are saying... but keep in mind they're probably wrong. They constantly report incorrect episode counts, Arrow and Flash will almost certainly be 23 episodes at the very least.

- The CW -
Arrow - Season 7 - 22 episodes
Black Lightning - Season 2 - 16 episodes
DC's Legends of Tomorrow - Season 4 - 16 episodes
iZombie - Season 5 - 13 episodes
Supergirl - Season 4 - 22 episodes
The Flash - Season 5 - 22 episodes

Didn't Amell say next season would likely be 22 episodes? They all need to be capped at 16
