I will definitely write something more thoughtful at a later date, but I just want to quickly say you will be sorely missed.

Only 200 episodes? Feels longer (in a good way). You outlasted Weekend Confirmed though!

Also, you think this is going to be a fun MHW episode and then that intro hits :(
Still, with a 2 hour commute I wonder why JJ lasted this long.

If JJ moved to Boston, we could hang out!

Sad to hear JJ is leaving, this has been my favorite group of podcasters for awhile now (and I hate change :p). It was a great episode to go out on though.

But now how am I going to complain about being confused by the voices?

I'm shocked and sad. Coming back to America when Trump is in office must be a very hard decision to make.

Now I know what I'm getting myself into going into this episode. All the best to JJ going forward wherever it goes next. I may not have always agreed with his opinions on games and certain companies, but I respect the hell out of him and dig his pictures of everyday life in Japan.

Made an account just to say how devastated I am that JJ is leaving! He is such a big part of what makes 8-4 play a superb podcast. Funny, great gaming taste, intoxicating enthusiasm...

Wish him all the best and hopefully they find a way to have him on the podcast once in while (or starts one on his own).

I was totally shocked to hear that JJ is leaving. I'm sure you'll land somewhere good though. And absolutely killer job on the news theme!

Just started listening to the cast while starting my run...yikes, talk about gut punch early on.
Its sucks for us and 8-4 but not seeing your children isnt something that was going to last much longer any way - so its obv. the right decision.

And its not like JJ is gone for good...he will show up from time to time and be hopefull part of the e3 hype train.

MH discussion was great, but it was even greater to hear from Hiroko again...we missed you :-D

So cool they get Gaijin hunter on, he's the best. I actually don't like MHW that much because it has lost the visual charm it had before and looks like Lost Planet 4 meets Gears of War made to appeal to the west or something. Hopefully they can convince me I'm wrong..

I'm really kicking myself for not stopping by 8-4 Towers while in Shibuya. JJ's departure is a huge loss for the podcast.

I guess I can stop by next time I'm in town and talk to John about Staten Island.

Definitely feeling a bit devastated about JJ leaving... I've been listening for years now and JJ was such an essential part of the show. It always felt wrong when he was away.

BUT, it must have been a hard decision for him and it sounds like he is making the right choice for his family. So good luck, sprsk! You will be missed.

Color palette is washed out, especially aftet colorful mhxx. Having said that this is the best mh ever, but I feel like every new mh is the best mh.

I feel like the washed out look is an old MT Framework problem.

JJ just got a new house and driving license tho.
