If they stick to comics, it will be worse than an abusive exShe's bi? Is that going to be a plot point? Abusive ex boyfriend or something?
He put a point in it when he leveled up on 2bits
DCCW version of Turk
He needs to be DC's Turk.
PAYBACK IS A BITCH – An unexpected phone call unearths the long-buried need for Jefferson (Cress Williams) to investigate the murder of his father. Meanwhile, Annisa (Nafessa Williams) wrestles with the fact that her actions have dire consequences. Lastly, Jennifer (China Anne McClain) learns the importance of controlling her temper – in all situations.
I'm telling ya'll, Gambi is a father figure to BL. He's doing it to protect him so BL doesn't stray from the path he's on.Ep continues the upward trend from last ep show is starting to gel for me
Not sure if it counts as a Superman reference, when BL mentioned X-Ray vision
Not sure why Gambi is hiding shit from BL about an assassin or another metahuman
Greenlight drug... is this a weird reference to Green Lantern?
Anissa's overconfidence in her abilities, glad she found out picking fights with her super strength is a bad idea cuz she is not learning to hold back and could fatally kill people if she is not careful
Without comic spoilers, because I know someone will post spoilers. We need an origin on Gambi, how he got into all this, his smarts, his tech, why he wants to help the way he does
Saw the most recent episode. I like this show so much. I really just want to see his daughter reveal her powers to her father. I also don't understand why the white dude didn't tell Lightning what he saw in the videos.
What kind of dumb ass asks to take a picture knowing he's going to knock you out? That shit was hilarious.
If getting KTFO is inevitable, you might as well try to get a selfie with a local celebrity out of it.What kind of dumb ass asks to take a picture knowing he's going to knock you out? That shit was hilarious.
Are you referring to the "Don't get high off your own supply"? If so it was said in Scarface and the first time I heard it in hip hop was NWA's Dopeman.
There's always the Paralympics. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That is fine, I just don't think they are really selling their punches. It is not that it is sloppy fighting, it is that it is sloppy acting fighting. The show doesn't seem the kind to feature fancy Kung fu or wire work shit... it should be a lot of street fight type of stuff, rough and sloppy... with occasional being levitated off the ground with his lightning powers
Yep. Action is subpar but the actual plot and characters is great. The fighting isn't great but the characters and story plus a lot of cool funny moments makes up for it
