Yep, I started doing it for the fodder pokemon. Really useful when lots of Pokemon around.

Just to nip it in the bud, it can still run from you. Someone on a discord is telling others it's impossible to run. But I had one run. Not sure why anyone would thing so anyways since that is all server side.. lol

Just found out you can still hatch Porygon from 10k eggs so that's... good for Gulatica I guess... :) Not good for me haha

I thought they downgraded Porygon to 5km a while ago. Still better than Skarmory though :feelsbadman:

I will be happy once that damn blue whale is goen from the raid pool tomorrow.
Made the fatal mistake of breaking my promise not to do one anymore, because this was at an exraid location, and they needed me to be able to beat it.
The second u heard 2 people yell "Critical catch!" and another 2 catching it on ball one, that I was gonna be screwed, and I was. As sole person in the group of 7.
And of course using only Golden razzberries meant jack shit, back to never using them once again.

Wait, you are having a hard time catching a legendary so your solution is to NOT use Golden Razzberries? That doesn't make any sense.

Looks like i got someone who thinks he is funny and is putting mons in the same gyms im in under a slightly different nick to mine. ANd pretty sure it is someone from the raid group, because someone at the last exraid used said different nick there as a joke.

caught my first rayquaza today.....after going like 0/6 I damn near cried! 96% to boot!
took a long break from PoGo but had to come back for one of my favorite Legendaries

64 luvdiscs seen, no shines. Oh well. I leveled up to 35 and used it maxing out my perfect mons. Stardust not really well spent but it's ok.

Got my shiny Luvdisc as well after catching a couple hundred it felt like. Wonder if the shiny version is Valentines Day even only.

Got another 3x 10km eggs yesterday.

And that Beldum hatch gets me the Hoenn gold medal without mass-evolving all my stored-up gen 3 mons.

If I see a Chansey on the nearby I might duck out of work for a bit...

A lot of the shinnies have been introduced during events, they stick around afterwards. Shiny Magikarp was introduced way back when during a water event.

Was really fun grinding Chanseys last night. I wish they'd do events like this more often. Still no shiny Disc despite catching literal hundreds, but whatever, as least I got that dust.

In other news, I was able to two-man a Rayquaza yesterday using my Jynx team. Pretty exciting.

I'm up a good 100k since early yesterday. I'm going to try to grind a little around lunch. Tomorrow early on too.

They should introduce a candy exchange of some sort. Like trade 5 of one mons candy for one of another or something lol

Now I just have 1000+ Luvdisc candy I'll never do anything with.

No Articuno but a bunch of Dragonites. Maybe I should power-up a Jynx.

It really depends on the moveset - I've done a few with Ancient power and my team was more Golems than anything else

This was yesterday mornings teams for me / my girlfriend - took down ancient power with a group of around 6

Jynx is the definition of glass cannon. Does super high damage but dies in like two or three hits, even a nearly maxed out hundred IV one has this issue. How big is your raid group?

Also you know you can do @ ice (without a space) in the search bar to give you everything that has an ice type (same grass / Ghost / etc)

Ugh, it honestly feels like this game is going out of its way to make me hate raids as much as possible.

As today was my last chance at a Kyogre I decided to take several hours out of my day to travel into the centre town and catch one.
I checked the map before I left to make sure he was spawning and there were tons of them about, but as soon as I got off the train there were none on the radar.
Walked around for an hour and none came up at all. Eventually found a 5 star egg, waited for it to hatch and it was Rayquaza, kept getting network error messages every time I tried to join and when I eventually got in there were zero other people.
This is at 2pm, in the very centre of London, the only 5 star raid going on in the area, and there are zero people there. I give up.
