I am quite thankful for the area I'm in as I've never had an issue finding Shroomish or any water guys. I think Buffalo has a really good all-around setup.
I've grinded probably a million dust in the last week and am sitting on over 300k and climbing. This event has been so great. No shiny but whatever, more dust please.

Rayquaza catch streak broken. Now 4/5. Thankfully the runner wasn't anything worth writing home about.

Damn, can you imagine what would happen if that move far superior to the others. Hatched 2 Dratini today and got enough candy already to evolve it.
Been very lucky with getting 10km eggs lately
Oh wow, caught a perfect luvdisc when I was at work today. Too bad it wasn't shiny, that would have been something.
It says catch or evolve, so I think any Dratinis you catch during the event will have Draco Meteor whenever you evolve them to Dragonite. Alternatively, you could evolve a Dratini caught prior to the event, during the event window, and it would also have Draco Meteor.
That's my interpretation at least.
Yeah, but it's gotta be done during the event it seems, not afterwards, so from what I'm understanding the Dratini caught during the event aren't really special, any Dratini you evolve to Dragonite during the event will be the special one. Gonna suck to check for IVs given the short span of the event though, I only got a 89% one ready.
Did 2 Rayquaza raids after work today and caught them both on the first ball. One was 89% with perfect attack so I'm happy with that.
Gonna be working for the 3 hours of community "day", but I have an 84% perfect attack Dratini so I'll try to remember to quickly evolve that for Draco Meteor. Have like 300 candy.

I think it might imply we will also see more Dragonite in the wild.
I've caught 4 Rayquaza and they've all been under 82% wahhhh. I can't curve ball him at all so my catch rate is pathetic, can't wait for him to go. Hopefully getting a silver Dragon medal at next week's event will help.
Yeah, after I got my shiny Pooch I haven't even bothered to catch anything, really.
Not sure if they've announced the time yet but for the last community day it was 2-5 pm EST for my area.
Phew, 4-7 is going to be cold here. It'll be worth it for those sweet, sweet Dratini candies though.

Keep in mind it isn't live worldwide at same time. EU goes much sooner then US for example. Pokémon Go website when viewed from your part of world will tell you when it starts for you.

Caught my 11th rayquaza, highest one is 91%, so pathetic. And got my 2nd mewtwo, same damn iv as my 1st, 82%. Niantic plz.
Keep in mind that draco meteor is a 1-bar charge move while outrage is 2-bar. Can result in a lot of those wasted energy situations where your bar is 90% full and you faint. It has its benefits, but it's not better than outrage in every circumstance.
Ok you win lol. But how about getting 2 charged TMs in my last 40 raids (literally 40 raids) Did 4 legendaries today and 1 ttar, not a single TM.
You're placing way too much stock in IVs. In 99% of scenarios a 10/10/10 and a 15/15/15 will perform exactly the same. It's only when it lets you reach a damage breakpoint that it's going to matter.
Besides, 91% is fantastic.
Have 38 legendaries, that's my highest. Yeah that's pretty bad.
No one should be complaining about an 82% Mewtwo, lol. I played with a level 40 player who just had his first Mewtwo raid ever.
Everyone in my small Instinct group had low CPs on Mewtwo. Someone went as low as 2191, and the highest I saw reported was 2229.
Mine was 2207, but I'm not disappointed with that at all. 11 ATK, 11 DEF, and 12 HP with Shadow Ball is completely fine.
Waiting for Community Day. I'm definitely farming those Dratini.
