Don't the worry the internet will soon turn on it which is why I never trust internet opinion on these show I just watch and enjoy.
Arrow and Legends both had better second seasons than first. Supergirl was a massive upgrade for the first half of season 2 before falling off, but even then it was basically back down to season 1 quality. The only one of these shows that got worse in it's second season is Flash, and I'd argue season 1 of Flash was the best single season of any of these shows.
FUCK I was just coming into this thread to post the exact same thing, hahahahaha. Was hoping I was the only one that saw that.
It's not that hard to be better than Legends first season, that was a dumpster fire of a season but I've always been in this state of "should I continue to watch it?". I honestly don't remember much of Supergirl Season 2, I just know I'm getting to the point I wonder why I still watch it.
Was it Arrows third season where it started to nosedive? That was so long ago. I do agree The Flash season 1 is the best Arrowverse season, but Black Lightning - which surprises me cause I was first all "who the fuck is that?" and almost didn't bother watching - has potential to be as good if not better.
Yes, Arrow S3 was awful. And I dunno, sometimes I feel like Legends S2 would easily hold up better on a rewatch compared to Flash S1.
That fight was pretty good.

I'm glad this isn't Arrow-verse. Its not an amazing show or anything but it feels fresh compared to those, and the amount of black people in here. This is unprecedented for CW right?
also best Arrow-verse season is Arrow's 5th, Prometheus da gawd. Best villain any of the cw superhero shows have had, kudos to that sorta bootleg Christian Bale thing he had going on too.

I thought the first half of season3 was pretty solid. 3 was the Ras al ghul season. I still found it to be entertaining. 4 was when it really lost me

This. I think season 3 was good. Season 2 just hit an insane high toward the end though. 3 had a great mid-season finale. It was only at the end where things went off the rails and the BS with Felicity started. Season 4 was just bad outside of Laurel of all characters and they had to ruin that at the end. Season 5 was a return to form like season 1 and 2 and the first half of 3. This season though is up and down I feel.
Hopefully. That thing is dreadful. We'll probably get next week where the mom is against it though.

I am behind on episodes but Episode 5 of Black lightning had some amazing visuals for an end episode fight.
The Flash has like 4 black regulars. None are the leads of course, but it's not bad.
Not really the same as BL then, hence the question of whether it's unprecedented for CW.
Solid episode, though I can't get used to Ghost Harry (Gambi) trying to convince somebody not to kill someone.
Whew so glad it's back great episode loved the police station scene and the crabs in the bucket metaphor. Props to CW for letting the writers go in.

No she doesn't need a costume change at all.
Keep the current costume but make it Black and Gold, maybe even a little bit of White. I think it's all the funky colors making it look bad. Her current costume looks great for her body.
I agree with others that her soon to be costume is not all that impressive. It's too gaudy. So maybe tone it down a bit.

Her costume also offers no protection... It's literally just latex/spandex. Gambi gotta come through with keeping her color scheme (albeit toned down a bit) and the pattern design, but just give her a more insulated and protected body suit. And a real mask. I know we already have the pic of her in her final suit, but it's not all that great and looks so far removed from what she picked originally.
Please don't. The only thing we need is for black lightening to figure out how to end its episodes properly. This week was fine but the last two episodes before that just ended out of nowhere.
