So what's the first game you're starting?
I'm going with Assassin's Creed Origins, seems to really shine on the X.
Only problem is that I can't play that when the kids are up... Bah, MS needs some kids friendly AAA games! Oh well if I'm getting too impatient to start it I'll go with Forza 7 instead.

The biggest things keeping me from biting the bullet is how long until the next gen Xbox comes (it can't be more than a few years away at this point) as well as most Xbox exclusives coming to the PC, in which I have a GTX 1070 and can probably match most of the X's performance.

Gah, I hate being indecisive.

Just wait it out and see how things go after launch. If by then you still feel the urge to want to buy one, then consider investing. Otherwise, just wait until next gen as you said.

I played Origins for a bit because I just couldn't help myself. Lol. Great game and it'll definitely be my first on the X. Will be picking up Forza 7, Sonic and Lucky's Tale for the kids as well. Will be revisiting a bunch of other games as well. Good times.

I'm going to play Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus first. I've already started it on my Day One Xbox One, but I stopped before I got too far because I really want to play it first on the X. After that, I'll probably go back to Ninja Gaiden: Black to continue sucking at that game, but at that point I'll probably be jumping around to see how games run just to see if they run better and how much better the ones that we know look and run better look (that's a weird sentence...). I'm curious on seeing Tomb Raider (2013)'s performance.

I'll be focusing on Wolfenstein 2 and Cuphead. I sold my original Xbox One about a month ago which allowed me to focus entirely on my Switch and Mario Odyssey. Come Tuesday It'll be the X's turn to shine!

I think Forza 7 first and then maybe Wolfenstein II.

There should be an XCOM 2 patch come no down the line. Not sure if it will have X enhancements but I'd be curious if anyone who has it and X can see if there's any performance improvements unpatched. It runs like shit on OG Xbox One.

Same with WWE 2k18.

This is an odd one, but I also want to play Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite via back compat and see if they can sustain a locked 60fps when unlocking the framerate.

Same here. The bump to 60fps for Horde was a big deciding factor for me.

Also going to get into Wolf 2 this week and if CoDWW2 has a patch out before I return my rental, I'll try that too.

Totally serious here, Ori and the Blind Forest is currently my #2 best game of all time, right behind Super Metroid. BOTW was #1 for awhile but since I never finished it I can't keep it that high so it's at #3 right now.

Transferring all my content to the new 4TB external I bought.....amazing these things can be powered by USB only. It's actually moving fairly quick....took about 7 minutes to transfer origins from my 1TB external to the 4TB one.....so mass transferring might take me an hour for all my data.....could be faster but so many things at play lol. Off one external through the internals and onto another external.....I'm probably limiting my transfer speed compared to a network transfer.

I cant believe, after the massive disappointment i felt upon Xbox One reveal, we'll finally get the machine that is a true successor to the 360. I didnt expect a mid gen machine, i didnt expect it to be 6tf, i remember when that leaked on GAF we were all in denial.

Now here we are, Mattrick's taint to be finally removed on Tuesday, my god, what a turn around.

Xbox team made a pure gaming machine and it shows. Yes, its the hype talking, im damn excited.

The game is crazy gorgeous on the X regardless (have already played it on mine that I got early), and it is still the best console version as it is still at least some better looking than the PS4 Pro and will have less framerate drops in tough places and such.

Well Cuphead is the game i will def buy but still doubting which game go get coming tuesday.. AC or Wolfenstein 2? Loved the first but i like some AC to play once in the couple years. Since Black Flag is the last one i played it has been a while. If Mediamarkt is sending the X tomorrow; its still quiet :(

I used the 360 as my main console last generation but jumped to PS4 this generation because XB1 was such a disappointment. I'm really glad that MS has managed to turn things around again! At this point when Sony is so big I'm really rooting for MS to do well, it would push Sony to try harder with PS5 and we'll all gain from that. All my multiplats will be on X from here on and I'm proud to say that. Bring the beast MS! :)

The 4K dash isn't happening. This is how MS gave devs another 1GB of RAM for games (totalling 9GB). I think Rich mentioned this in one of DF's X videos a few days ago.

Same here regarding Assassin's Creed, Black Flag was my last AC. Super-excited to see how the games has evolved since then.
