Horse definitely landed on chance and got the card, there is no way you can reach Mayfair on turn 1. Meanwhile there are 2 cards that seemingly do nothing, the Bank Error and the Crossword competition.I imagine Cannon and Bag have a chance card. Lets call them C1-12. Since both tokens are on the square still, we can remove some possibilities from the pool. Not C2, nor C3. Possible that Train landed on chance and got C9. Possible that Rockhorse rolled the same and got C10. If we wanna, can check for C12.
Comrade!
Unvote
I'm not 100% convinced discussing/speculating who got what chance card is going to be beneficial for town, though. If the tokens that got the chance cards were town, then this discussion is most likely only going to help scum. If the tokens that got those cards were scum though, it would help town, but there's no way to surely know.
From the cards it's also clear there is something about the money mechanic in the game, since C9 explicitly mentions it.
It is the opinion of this comrade that wild speculation is for the good of the proletariat and beneficial to the revolution. There is much to learn in this madness and to encourage ignorance is to bow down in front of the market and lick the feet of the capitalist pigs. I believe basic education about the state of the world should be required for all proles.
Let's try to not get lost in the mechanics of cards right now, comrades. We've all seen it before - without doubt, machinery has greatly increased the number of well-to-do idlers.
It only names it because it's what the card originally says and it does make sense. I doubt there's money in this game.Hey everyone. At least 3 players landed on a chance space, with Rocking Horse already at Mayfair.

I doubt it, but since we have zero info on it now, there's not much to discuss about it.

Oh, some descriptions use the same wording from the original game? Then I guess it might just be there for lore reasons. It only names it because it's what the card originally says and it does make sense. I doubt there's money in this game.
Train being in jail does mean one less command tonight, if they have one.
Which could be good or bad for us :(.
If you don't know anything about train and say train jailing could be good or could be bad, why do you use a frown face? Are you soft hinting at the answer to your own pondering?
B. No more than 4 Players may Land on a space at the same time. (except Jail which has no limit) All spaces are vacant at the beginning of a Day Phase
Grizzly, why did you unvote and not revote?I'm still trying to wrap up my head with the information on the D1 post, but I think it's good to have a vote on someone at all times.
VOTE: Kyanrute
How is Kyan? Is Kyan scum :3?
I got one of the two pieces I always play as! This is awesome!
Of course now I feel like I gotta catch up and it's only the first few hours!
Grizzly, why did you unvote and not revote?
I think that only means all tokens move at the beginning of the day phase, so everyone moves together and no one player will be able to stay in the same spot.Reading the rules again, the last line of rule B will be important to keep in mind.
Hard to say what that line applies to yet but it must be relevant to some role or card.
Keeping people honestThe unvote was due to Kyan appearing, since the vote was a poke vote. I didn't re-vote at that point because I had a talking point of Kyan in my mind more. But you're right, I should have re-voted, which I'll do now.

How are you? Are you scum :-)?
I'd suggest others to put their initial vote too.

In that same spirit, I want to find out more about one person.

Ok, good to see you made it in.

Huh. I didn't consider that asking for people to vote would potentially out that, but you are right, it would do that.
I'll rescind that suggestion for now. But it opens up an interesting question - some people might say that don't want to vote at all under the guise that it would out the player with that chance card.
That information is 100% NAI and won't help town in any way. Revealing they got that card narrows down the possibilities for their identity on the board, which is not something town should be concerned with right now. Knowing someone ended up with that card, scum can focus elsewhere during the day phase.Just wondering what the harm is for the playing involved or town if he tells us now that he can't vote today. I don't think it something best saved for day end. Not voting at all and keeping quiet about it has no use either.
I mean it blocks you from voting, people gonna notice.
