I have an invite for tomorrow and just got one for next weekend, they'll be my 8th and 9th ex raids.
The interesting thing is they're invites for different gyms in the same park separated by maybe 100 feet, which I'm pretty sure was determined to not be possible previously.

Another EX Raid invite here too. I'm on a roll with these things after such a long drought beforehand.
Why wouldn't it be possible if the raids aren't on the same day?
That's was proven wrong a long time ago. The gyms might be next to each other, but they are in different cells.
The invites are both out at the same time and the gyms are in the same cell.

If you have an EX raid scheduled for tomorrow, then that means you got the invite days earlier. Today's invites are for April 14th.

Damn, I wish they would increase the spawns everywhere for a while.
It means that both invites are out at the same time, the EX raids haven't happened for either gym. A pending EX invite is supposed to preclude other gyms in the same cell from getting an EX invite.
This hasn't happened in the park before. There are seven gyms in the park, five of which have had EX raids but always on the same biweekly schedule and always only one of those five gyms. Now we have EX raids in consecutive weeks.
I mean, one of the future community days has got to be Unown, right? Seems like a damn-near guarantee.

I've encountered one Unown, and I didn't catch it because I was wearing a Pokémon Go Plus and tried catching it using that without knowing it.

You're wrong on this. Just because Gym 1 is hosting a Ex raid doesn't mean Gym 2 or 3 in the same cell can't host the following week. Now if what you meant was Gym 1 is hosting again next week then I would agree that something is wrong. Otherwise there is nothing out of the ordinary as this has been happening for quite some time in my area over the past months.
What I don't think people realize or understand is that the new ex raid selection is comprised of multiple layers of RNG. The current selection process is along the lines of: Random s2 level 13 cell selection -> Random Gym Selection -> Random Lobby/Trainer selection. Obviously there are still a few unknown variables such as Gym Badge level, Lobby size, time etc but the jist of the system is pretty straight forward.
I'd love one for AZ, if only because I'd get the beginning and end of the alphabet, lol.
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say the shiny floodgates will be opened for gen 1.
You try a full reboot? I've had a lot of weird loading errors that seem in line with that. You might be fine, it's just not properly loading your account information and text strings.
I get the weird MISSINGNO bug a lot when trying to catch a quest Pokemon and it wouldn't let me get a stamp yesterday (I think I got 2 the day before), but nothing as bad as yours.
Got my first Latias today, in my first raid. Went over to a second one, that we failed to do with 4. I used that to farm losses until some more people showed up. Did fail to catch him, but at least now I have four raids for Mew. Should be able to farm the 6 remaining tomorrow I hope.
I still can't find Ditto or Ghost-types for my current missions. I've been catching all the rodents, Pidgeys, and Whismurs, but still nothing so far.
I'll do Duskull and Gengar Raids if the weather is not Windy, since I have Latios. I'm 1/4, which is not good, but this Legendary is not desirable to me either.
I won't be getting Mew quickly, but the next steps will be a breeze in comparison to where I'm at now.

Don't assume that just because they're in the network traffic.
Shiny Mew was added to network traffic
Shiny Latios/Latias were added to network traffic
All Gen 3 Pokémon are added to network traffic.
They are not available
By adding them all, they can do events where they drop the shiny ones and not have people datamine the shit out it it, as we saw with the Poochyena event
All over. But it was not that special, just increased spawn of dog Pokémon.
Did my third Mewtwo raid. First time I didn't catch it. Also didn't catch 2 Latias but I didn't mind that. Got a Tyranitar though.
But what really pisses me off is that my loot from raid is complete dog shit the last couple of weeks. No TMs and hardly any rare candy. I'm starting to get real mad.
You might be right about that, seems they just added gen 2 as well. Might just be prep for a later date, but I still hold out for the gen 1 event we will see some of these if not all the gen 1 shiny.
Thanks. I was wishing they would give us another region exclusive. Like when they swapped Farfetch'd, still a good event I guess.
Hoping they bump up Ditto spawns. Literally the only thing stopping me from getting a Mew in the next few days.
