Sure, it's not that I don't have a reason to dislike it. But I think it's still best to let the honeymoon period pass before laying down my hot takes.
it's not only the best superhero movie ever, it's a really great movie as well.

it reached all the points I wanted plus a bit more
there's a few superhero movies I liked a good bit more, mostly for their structure, but this has me interested in what happens next which is always a good thing
I kind of loved it. Even though it's overstuffed, disjointed and lacks a good narrative thrust, it's also a raw, unbridled comic book crossover come to life in full, magnificent colors.

To be honest, I might like the movie more if I've seen it at home, I just couldn't get into the movie at all, and it might have been the shitty movie theather I went to. I'm so over movie theathers.

Given none of the MCU films even make up my personal top six or seven superhero films that's high praise to my eyes. What other superhero films did you really like?
I mean, you could probably make up your own and it would be mostly accurate. Mike was miserable all throughout, Jay probably enjoyed it, kinda, but had big problems with structure and character development, etc.
It's not as fun as when they break down a BvS kind of mess.
If there's schlock, like Thanos being thirsty for a Death goddess, I'm sure Mike would love it.
(I have no idea what Thanos does, other than everyone keeps talking about him wanting to bang a Death goddess)
I've seen it. I'm sticking with my prediction. Don't think there is anything Mike will enjoy.
TDK and Spiderman 2 are the best one for me, TDK is the only one that I even considered like a masterpiece.
He does in the comics, apprently. But that's not in the film.
Infinity War crosses the finishing line on pure fucking muscle power. It's not perfect, but damn if I wasn't sweating in my seat by all the ridiculous action.
The truly subverted expectation is seeing Mike and Jay excited to see the next avengers movie.
They didn't terribly care for everything on Asgard, wished they just focused on Planet Goldblum.
Mike was in his "ehh okay burnout", though during the JL review he was more positive on ragnarok because of how much better it was.
It's all your fault! Now we have to Infinity War this whole thread!
Mike not being miserable was a surprise for me, too.

Honestly, tho, this movie is so good, I have yet to see a good youtube review.
Double Toasted was also "this movie is good!" and Kinda Funny was everyone just fanboying like crazy.
Then I started watching random channels I never seen before and everyone was just happy with the movie. It was horrible.
When is the next DC movie so the internet can become the hate-filled nightmare entertainment center we all know and love?

Surprisingly the review actually got me interested in IW. Movie's ending sounds right up my alley.
I've only seen the first Avengers, Winter Soldier and GOTG 1 though so I'd have a hell of a lot of catching up to do... So I guess I'll just never watch IW lol. Of the three I've seen, WS was the only one I really enjoyed anyway, probably not worth slogging through all those movies just for IW.

Civil War, Dr Strange and Thor Ragnarok are the ones you need to see to catch up. The rest, you can fill in the blanks pretty easily.
The Last Jedi mentions just reminded me that it's now out on bluray and the hack frauds still have yet to announce a Plinkett review of it. It's not like TFA or Rogue One where it already feels thoroughly covered by their other content either.
