As I said in the Ant-Man thread, I'm 100% sure the second half (at least) of the movie will tie into IW. That "where were they" trailer totally supports my theory!

But it's the teaser of the trailer that's supporting their theory so it's still good!
Just realized Avengers 3 is one of the few times the 3rd movie in a trilogy is better than the 2nd.
Russos have planted a seed that makes me think this could happen. We'll have to wait and see. Either way, I feel like it'd make a neat plot twist, but Marvel would probably want to market it so more people come out.

As for the title for Avengers 4, what is a run of comics in which the name as Avenger 4's subtitle would be a huge reveal (i.e. Civil War, Infinity War, etc.)? Is there a Marvel comic run that, if used, would be a sign that the Fox properties (X-Men, F4, etc.) would be making their appearance (maybe not directly in Avengers 4, but sometime in Phase 4).

OK so GotG 3, Dr Strange 2 and a new IP for 2020? That feels good.
Probably Black Widow since it's being written and they're meeting with a ton of potential directors.

nah, no one cares. There will always be a new record breaker in the future, especially considering inflation.

I don't even know how people (re: me) are gonna deal with the 8 month wait between Ant-Man & The Wasp and Captain Marvel.
You can pretend Venom is part of MCU. Actually it's still possible if noting in the movie contradict it.
I think DDS3 and LC S2 should be out too. There is high chance that DDS3 is at least watchable.
