That's mostly because they've all had in game LFG solutions though.

This is what I was alluding to with FFXIV...late game raids are very hard, and you can get with a team via matchmaking, but most people use LFG, which has very detailed options for you to find the specific type of team you want. Why not have the option?

I'm pretty hyped for this expansion. The latest patches have made things a lot more fun for me and the new content looks cool so I'm excited to get back into it. Might even try to get some raids in soon, it's been too long.

Season 2 was quite a ride. Post your characters that are ready to tackle Season 3!

The first major instance I can think of is the WoW raid finder which was added late 2011. There was a dungeon finder before that, but that's the same thing as strike. Thats still pretty recent and Raid Finder comes with a whole host of concessions to make it work that it's hardly the same thing as actually doing the raid.

I haven't played FFXIV, but from most accounts entry level raiding in that game is pretty easy. I don't know if it's forgiving itemization or simple fight mechanics, but people have told me normal FFXIV raiding is easier than WoW LFG raiding. I think it makes sense that Bungie doesn't want to have to spend the time and resources on making really simplified version of their raids just so people can see it. Destiny's raids take 3hrs at most and can be easily done in 45mins it's not the same thing as simplfying an always 3+ hr commitment.

I feel stupid but: I wanted to log on and nab as many Lost Prophecy weapons as I could (I only grabbed 4 before I stopped playing), but Brother Vance doesn't seem to offer them up. Did Bungie reset the requirements for acquiring these weapons?

I just got the base game from humble bundle. Do I need to buy CoO? or can I directly buy Warmind ? Does the level cap increase with Warmind ? Do I need both dlcs if I want to reach the highest possible level ?

Did you even read the OP?

Like everything you asked is in the OP.

Edit: wait, it isn't in the OP. wow D:

You can buy Warmind standalone for $20. You'll miss out on 2 strikes from CoO and the other PvE content from CoO.

The OP does mention the standalone price for Warmind but maybe I need to put an asterisk and say that it can be bought without CoO, I've seen this question popping up elsewhere too.

Do we know the size of the new zone yet? I'm still disappointed about Mercury so I'm hoping for something that'll actually be fun and varied to hang around.

Why can't Bungie throw us a bone and bring back all of the Destiny 1 emotes now that they're finally adding multi-emote? They should be able to use a link to Bungie.net to see which ones we had as well.

I need the dab back.
